Finally home! This has been a long week, but today it was so hard to work. I bet I sent Judy six vacation related or Disney shopping forwards by email. So Sarah and I are sitting here, and I've poured a glass of truth serum...it's five o'clock somewhere, right???.

Where did you honeymoon? We flew out to Phoenix then drove to the Grand Canyon (my dad, the consummate driver, told us, "Oh, heck, it's only a couple hour drive." FIVE hours later we arrived ... ), then one night at the canyon then drove to Vegas. Bill won $1000 on a royal flush on the poker machines at the old Aladdin! We stayed at the MGM that time and watched them building New York New York ... pretty cool!

I have an anniversary coming up too. Sept 25 we will be married 13 years I hope it's not an unlucky year. This cruise will be our anniversary gift to each other. Although, I am hoping to get a new pocketbook too

Btw...the poeple on OUR ship should be very unhappy about now...finishing a 14 day cruise in about 5 hours. I hope 3 months in Europe hasn't changed Mickey and Co. They better have left the ship in good condition for us...

Mornin everyone....hope everyone has a fantastic Labor Day weekend planned out. We have two parties to go to, one today and one tommorow--possibly an airshow if Mr. Moneypiggy says its ok....we'll have to see about that. I guess I'm the designated baker/cooker for the parties as I made a chocolate peanutbutter cheesecake and a strawberry? banana? pinapple? coconut cheesecake for one and baby backs for the other. (and they say Labor day is for rest!).

Anyways....time to go for my run. Good LUCK Cheri!!!!! Kick their collective fannies!!!!

Busy my butt...that boy is sound asleep right now...tough night...he went to the high school's first home game.....WE WON

My mom is stable right now although in alot of pain...has to wear a hard neck brace for months...she keeps grabbing her neck and head and sobbing...very heart breaking seeing her in so much pain..thanks for all the thoughts and prayers...she can use them

Weird! We were married in Vegas and honeymooned at the Grand Canyon. Except we went down in and hiked it. I almost died. It was great!

We stayed at the Aladdin and Treasure Island that trip.

Good morning everyone!!!!!! Had to meet with the dogsitter this morning. I liked her. She seemed friendly and Nevada seemed to like her. So, that's one less thing I have to worry about while I'm away.

Mutt-You'll be happy to know I don't have a pocketbook fettish. I'm too lazy to change purses for every outfit and event, so I just use two a year. One for Winter, one for Summer. Now, I have bougt the fake ones when on trips to NYC. You know the ones they arrest people for? Yep, those..........

Labor Day plans-First let me say, I LOVE Peanut Butter ANYTHING and I'm VERY partial to cheesecake. Maybe when you guys come to Va Beach, you could make one for your belated anniversary present We're going to Busch Gardens today. Our Season Passes run out soon. Although, they ARE open in October. It's a great place to take visitors They have it decorated for Halloween................
