So I noticed that today suddenly, aside from a single Cat. 7, you can only book Cat. 12 for our cruise... just yesterday, pretty much all Cats were available. This would suggest to me that DCL is assigning GTY rooms and possibly upgrading folks to make room for those that have booked at the discounted Cat. 12 rates. I'm sure we would all like to hear about (and be jealous of) anyone that receives such a gift...

By the way, have been lurking for a while, but never posted - we are the Hieatts from Cincinnati, we have two daughters (10 and 8) and two sons (6 and 5).

Most if not all of the Gty rooms have been assigned...there are many of us who had one Gty or another.

Welcome! We're so glad you'll be cruising with all of us and also glad you decided to start posting. I haven't heard of anyone on our thread getting an upgrade yet. I was hoping for one, but it didn't happen. I had chosen my stateroom already though and hadn't booked a gty. Maybe there's still hope.

Welcome! Now you have me thinking about checking to see if I got an upgrade. That'd be pretty funny if I got moved after having our friends move to the room right by us. Well, not so funny for them.

Hi all, we also received our cruise docs yesterday. With 5 people it sure seemed like we had a lot of luggage tags! Anyway, the bonus was that my order from Disneyoutlet.com arrived with the same delivery. I got some really cute character shirts for the girls at $2.99 each along with matching skorts, a long sleeve shirt for DH and two t-shirts for oldest DD and me. I hid them before the girls could see them so will be a surprise to have new clothes on the ship. Now if I can just find a pair of black dress pants for me the shopping should (wink, wink) be over.

Love the TT shirts, will have to see if dh is up for lime green. I'm off to soccer practice and some last minute Halloween shopping.

Sorry about the Stillers beatin' yinz guys last week. Not!

Unfortunately, the Stillers aren't in a very elite group of teams that have beaten the Bungles this year...

I am consoling myself with the fact that the ND Irish seem to be on their way back to having a national program - I am expecting a big year next year with the progress that has been made this year. As a matter of fact, I'll be up in South Bend this weekend looking for a victory over Pittsburgh (the University of).

Michelle, your correct about the reason the docs were smaller. She said next time she will wait as she feels left out now.

I tried to see about any rooms available last week and was told they were all booked up. I have some friends from Canada that were thinking of joining us.

We (my fellow cruising friend) offered to give up our 2 sec 11 cabins for a suit but they never took us up on that.

Will also let you know about the shirts. I need to show them and see what they want to do.
