11/22/08 Thanksgiving 2008 cruise thread. Double Dipping Travelling Turkeys!

GOOD MORNING! its supposed to get to 88 degrees here today! I am ready for the fall so when you are done with it, please send it our way.

I'm fanning the cooler air to you. Please send some warm up here! But if they collide over the Carolinas that may cause tornadoes and I can't be held responsible!
Can you believe it's only 35 days! I told DH that last night and his response was "Yeah. We have plenty of time." Plenty of time to watch me go nuts! He'll just walk on the ship, buy his beer mug and sit on a deck chair like it's all been a breeze! I'm the one losing sleep trying to plan it all out!

As a mother of three girls you know I'm going to be watching it! The question is whether I need to see it with the older one first and then decide if it's ok for the two younger ones. I hadn't really given it much thought but some of the people at work were asking if it wasn't going to be "more racy" since it's in the theater, etc. My initial response was hey it's Disney how bad can it be, but then again I don't want to have the five year old seeing (and talking about) things that are too old for her. So for me it may be twice the giggling girly audience experience!!

So glad tomorrow is Friday, have a great weekend everybody!

HSM is rated G so there cannot be any racy seens. I was amazed when I saw it was rated G.

Good morning everyone! It's a very cool day here. Yesterday morning it was only 36 degrees. That's okay, though. I would kind of like for it to be cold here when we go on our cruise. That will make it feel that much more Magical!

I'm not planning on "knockin' em dead" at work today either! It's Steelers dress down Friday and I'm taking it easy.
Last cruise in Nov our flight was late because they had to de-ice the plane. (and that stuff stinks).It was nice and toasty when we landed in Orlando though!
I'd like to send a shout out to my friend in Iowa!

Good morning from the west cost.
So I went to do a little shopping last night and didn't get what I wanted. I did get a new pair of pants and a new shirt but I wanted a new Disney shirt and well our Disney store has nothing but Hanna Montana and High School Musical. Sorry not my cup of tea. I will be going to the Disney outlet store this weekend. I know they will have more to select from.
I still need a new bathing suit. Wow lets say not much left but why are they not on sale. I am not paying $80+ for a new suit. I have one but wanted one to trade out. I guess I need to look on line but I truly hate not trying things on first.

My DH is the same way. I freak out and get stressed trying to get all of us ready and packed and he does nothing. He's all calm and happy and can't figure out what's wrong with me.

My DH is the same way. I freak out and get stressed trying to get all of us ready and packed and he does nothing. He's all calm and happy and can't figure out what's wrong with me.

But sometimes the planning and the turmoil is part of the fun of anticipating!

Here is the list that I have made for my own organizational needs. I am posting it because a few have asked to see it and because I would love for people to correct any mistakes or make suggestions. At this point i have organized them by room number from lowest to highest. I liked Chuck's idea about Aft, Forward, Mid, but not sure if I will have time to do all that.

If my list offends anyone please let me know and I will immediately remove it...it is not meant to be anything more than what makes sense to my brain I will add room numbers once they are assigned and I can repost with all info if people want it.

I have never replied to myself before

Anyway, I was just informed that even though I typed HerQSmee in 7062 it was not saved on the list. My photoshop was acting up and I did not realize that that line was deleted. So just in case anyone had printed it or was using it for anything.
