All of you are just WAY too organized. My FE gifts are party favor items and everyone is getting similar stuff, do I still have to label them? I figured it'd save time if I don't have to find the right bag to go with each stateroom...
Oh, what is a cabin gift? Is this addition to the FEs?

Cabin gift - I didn't do individual gifts - what I am giving is actually more adult oriented (not that got your interest) and then probably the ladies will like it better than the guys. And, with all that hype, I hope you all enjoy and use it. And that is enough - you will all all get one in a few weeks.

Well, dreary and damp here and we are supposed to get an inch of snow tonight. So no ready. But, I am going to go home, have breakfast for dinner, setup the card table in the living room and work on FE's while I watch Dancing with the Stars. And, now you all know I am crazy, crazy, crazy as I am looking forward to it.

OK, so I am now SOOOOOO ready for this cruise. Walked out the door to go to work this morning and the temperature is 0° C (32° F), with a windchill of -6° and a skiff of white flakes around the edges of the car windows.

I wanna be at Castaway Cay so bad...

On the upside, that was an awesome baseball game last night and I'm so glad the Twins won. Now if they can beat the Yankees (sorry Xcell, no Yankees love here), then I will be a happy man.

Oh hush!!! WE're setting record highs down here!! And muggy as all get out!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahhhhhhh, but at least the darling Yanks won!!!

Hope everyone's chilluns are feeling better! KC's taking ours to get a flu shot tomorrow. We tried to do it yesterday before I left town but Walmart wasn't doing it and Walgreens had run out and CVS wasn't doing it again until Tuesday.

Ugh!!! Next time I quit a job with insurance no matter HOW much greener the grass looks would someone just come and kick my big fat butt!?!?!

Oh, speaking of my big butt... started going to the gym (again) last week. But this morning one of the girls from the office and I met there and I did 20 min on the eliptical. I HATED every minute of it but I sure did like the way I felt when I got off. And then took a nice cool shower.

Until I walked outside, that is. 2 min after walking outside I was sweating again. Ugh!!!!

Just had to share this. Emma and Dottie dressed for chapel day at school today.

That was an absolutely darling picture!!!

But on a happier note..I saw the Magic leave today on the port cams...just think only 4 more Sailaway's until it is our turn!

Okay, my original FE idea didn't work out. Let's just say that magnet paper is MUCH more expensive than I remembered and leave it at that! LOL If you get a bag of candy with a note talking about how Hypermommy's road to hell is certainly paved with good intentions, I surely hope you'll understand.

Hey everyone guess what? I checked the KSC schedule and there is a satellite launch on the 14th! However, it's scheduled for 12:48 am - 2:18 am. Those of you staying near the port may want to set your alarms to see this.

Oh wow! When did that change? I was just talking to KC about it the other day when it was scheduled for the 12th. I figured it'd be a great way to get my family down here a couple of days early!

On a different note - I came home from camping (again) without DH last night so DD wouldn't miss school today. She talked me into letting her sleep in my bed and then proceeded to vomit all over it. The electric blanket (we're wimpy Californians), sheets and pillows are all in the trash now. Isn't it lovely??? Apparently, she ate too much stuff that she normally doesn't get to eat (ice cream, hot dogs, chips, etc.) and her stomach just couldn't handle it.

Awwww, poor baby. Sorry your linens had to pay the price but I hope the baby's better now.

Okay, y'alll...I guess I'm caught up now. Anything I'm forgetting? I hope not. Been very, very busy at work and I drive around in the evenings looking for "for rent" signs. There's not much in the paper but people just put signs up. Got three more leads tonight. Probably gonna be more than what we wanna pay... but it's worth checking out.

You are really going to be busy for a while with everything you have to do. House hunting is a hard job especially working full time while you are looking. Don't worry about the FE. If it gets done, it does. But, if it doesn't, it doesn't. People understand.
Good luck finding a nice place at a reasonable price.

Actually, there are 2 launches that week. The shuttle launches on the 12th and they're doing a communications satellite launch early morning on the 14th.

I just copied from the spreadsheet - DIS names and cabin numbers, typed them into Excel, sorted by deck and then did it the way it was most logical for me to walk. I would happily share with anyone if you want. It may take some tweaking on your part depending if you are forward, midship or aft (we are forward) but just let me know and I will happily email it to you.

Poor Gail...you're probably getting tired of emailing...but could I ask for a copy too? It's bonansinga1285 at comcast dot net.

You are saving many of us a lot of work by sorting this all out! We are also FWD, so I'm hoping the route will work for me!

Thank you all for your understanding! I'm not saying what the former FEs were yet because I still haven't given up on figuring out some way to do them and I still think they were a cool idea, but it's so comforting to know that y'all will understand if things don't work out.

And great news about the shuttle. I'm still going to require that KC and the boys be here for that launch. Won't be too many more chances to see shuttle launches, ya know.

Ladies - have any of you tried those Purex 3 in 1 sheets? I used to purchase the tablets when they made them but have been taking ziplock bags of powder since they stopped (and the TSA always opens that suitcase to see what it is, must not scan well) but I got some at the grocery yesterday - they are even HE! I hope they work OK as they are in my 'packing place'.

We used them this summer when we rented a house on the shore. I LOVED them!!! If they weren't more expensive than regular laundry soap and softener, I would use them all of the time.

Log in to your google account only instead of clicking email, click documents. It should be there on your list, if you have checked it before.

We should be getting our cruise documents next week. Mine for the December 7th cruise came today
