I am totally onboard with trying to keep up with posts. Mind you I LOVE THE CHIT CHAT but sometimes things get lost. Could we try posting specific cruise related things id red so that if somone needs to do a 5 or 6 page catchup, they won't miss anything???

The only way that I have been able to keep up is because I have subscribed to the thread with instant email notification. That way, I get notified of new posts and can pop on quickly to read the new stuff, respond, and then get back to what I was doing. Otherwise, you end up with pages to read and it's easy to miss things.

Hmmm, do you think there's any chance that the cruise is taking center stage in my life right now? Naaaaah.

I made my Adults FE gifts today - they are AWESOME!!! Don't mean to toot my own horn but I would love to get one of these. I'd post a picture on the Main Boards but I don't trust ya not to look...

I made t-shirts for the 4 girls today - pink with iron-on rhinestone skull & cross bones - super cute and cheap too - throw on a denim skort and they're all set!!

I get lots done when my kids are at day camp!!

Y'all are scaring me. Last cruise most of the FE stuff we got was birthday party goodie bag type stuff. Now you're making your own and Becky's all stuck trying to figure out what she's gonna do.

Well... all's I can say when you see the trinkets that we're probably gonna have is to remember that it's the thought that counts.......and with as few brain cells as I have left I guess I don't get to think that much.

Oh, believe me, I'm heading to the trinket aisle at Oriental Trading Company too. I can take care of the kids easily there, but am struggling with the adults and teenagers. Maybe glow-in-the-dark stuff for the teenagers, but I'm guessing the adults don't want rubber duckies.

Your on it! I fininshed the girls FE's and started the teens...DH is almost done with adult.

Yup, the shirts are super cute - going to make ones for my SIL and myself too! Got the iron-ons at Michaels. Ordered ones for DH and BIL from cafepress (just happened to be on there looking at Twilight stuff...)

As for the Adult FE gifts - they are nothing expensive - it's amazing what you can do with a glue gun so don't anyone worry about keeping up with the Ersils (aka Binky1's family)

BTW - I would love a rubber duck - you're never too old for a bubble bath....

Woo hoo! My whole family is so excited. We're actually watching the Travel Channel DCL episode off the dvr right now. So excited for the Pirate party! And Castaway Cay.

Love all the ideas on the excursions. We are probably only going to do one snorkeling trip in GC. Really looking forward to the beach part at CC.

I think mine are 16 - 21 inches long from where its tied to the other end of your dowel. After you hang it on your "fish" you will then pull the string tight and attach a zip tie. Push the zip tie up under your fish. This will help keep it from walking off in the middle of the night. On my first cruise with my FE, I only tied one end at home and waited until I hung it up to attach the other end of the string. This way I could control how well it fit. You really don't want it to hang to low.
