Wow! Miss a couple of days on here and you are looking at 6 or 8 pages of catching up... don't you people have anything better to do???

Actually, now that my ressies are made, I've been slacking a bit in my DISboarding... I know... BAD RookieMouse
In truth, I have been very busy at work lately, getting ready for courses starting in a week or so. Plus, I am doing the bachelor thing at home for a few weeks, as DW and the kids are visiting family and friends on the west coast. When she gets back, I will run the FE and SM ideas by her and we will make a decision.
Whoever was talking about the historical romance book exchange, that will be right up DW's alley. Now I can tell her she doesn't NEED to pack 20 pounds worth of books.
Hello all!
Working on cruise projects today and wondered if there would be any interest in a kids book exchange bag. Is it something you would use? Are your kids readers?
Cynthia
Both our kids are voracious readers... it is sometimes hard to get them to do their daily chores around the house because they have their noses stuck in a book. DS10 is big time into the "Warriors" series by Erin Hunter (as far as I can tell, it is a fiction series about clans of wild cats), while DD7 is into the usual for her age - Junie B. Jones, Magic Tree House and especially anything fairies

(Disney or otherwise). Again, anything that keeps us from having to lug a ton of books with us is a good thing in my mind.
And Cynthia, I love the lanyard idea. You did an awesome job on it. Yet another thing to run by DW when she gets back.
Time to go do some real work....
John
