one of santa's sled pullers. and yes we are excited, it will be a

stress breaker for DW :thewave: .

kycruisinsusan DW is ok, just shook, 2nd accident and the car is

only 4 months old, I find it hard to not to get too excited about

the cruise, I have 12 different DCL & WDW screen savers on my

computer, :p . We head to Philly tuesday the 9th, fly to WDW on

Wed, 3 days at park then cruise. see you all soon.

Well, back to getting things together for the cruise! :hyper: :teeth:

If ya'll are worried about those extra pounds you might (:D ) gain on this cruise, this one is for you.

Recently seen on a bumper sticker in New Jersey:

FAT PEOPLE ARE HARDER TO KIDNAP

:p This one is definitely going to be my cruise motto!:teeth: :jester:

Yeah for everyone who is getting their docs!!!!!!!!!!

DH and I are thinking of booking back to back cruises for our 10th anniversary in 2006 while on board... (gotta love the stateroom credit!) We would do the 11/25/06 and the 12/2/06.

I can't wait until the week after next! We will be able to say that we leave on our trip NEXT week then!!

Ok, so I was looking at Yahoo's travel center, and it appears that the cruise is almost sold out.

Is this cruise going to be wicked busy? I would have thought that at this time of year, it wouldn't have been quite as full!

I think it is going to be sold out or very close to it. I looked on the DCL site the other day and all that was left was a few cat 4's. I didn't think this time of year would be that busy either, but I guess a lot of people are taking advantage of the rates.

Just to let you know, I got my docs a few days earlier. My dd's did a Doc Dance, but I think they were actually mocking us!!

My ISP is down, so I'll be off line for another day or so.

Hope all is good with all of you!!! :sunny:

Athene- What a wonderful idea to book a cruise back to back! That way you get 14 days of 'magic' even when there isn't a 14 day cruise scheduled! Do you have to get off the ship after the end of the first one to re check-in? Or can you keep the same room and stay there? hmmm, never thought of that idea:sunny: :wave2:
Congrats to Susan and John for doing the "doc dance"!:teeth:

The back to back cruise sounds like a great time. I think I read a post from someone who has done that and he said they stayed on the ship and in same room. He was asked just to stay "out of the way" while the ship was being prepped for next cruise. He said it was a great time to to laundry! Also I think DCL sends concierge gifts for staying on for 14 days!
Have Fun!

I agree, a 14 day cruise sounds wonderful. Go for it!!!

Hannosmom - I LOVE that bumper sticker. So funny what people come up with. I think my favorite (because it was so "geared" to me) was "If you must drink and drive - drink Pepsi"

cynsaun - I never knew how to check the availability of rooms before so, I'm not sure how close to sold out the other cruises were. That being said, there are only so many people who can fit on the ship (nowhere near as many as in the parks) so hopefully it won't be too bad.

Reality check - Has everyone finished their cruise shopping???

I'm not to worried about the ship being full! We know almost everyone that is going to be on the ship from these boards;)
Our last cruise was almost capacity, and we never had any trouble!

Reality check - Has everyone finished their cruise shopping???

I just tried on my cruise wear. Most of it fits...some is a bit snug. I'm going to pack this weekend and make a list of anything I'm missing. I think I need to find some t-shirts....a little late in this part of the world. I might have to wait and buy some in Florida.

Carolyn--all our cruise shopping is done and packing is 95% complete.

Liz--got our new shirts in the mail yesterday and they are awesome, thanks again for the great link.

Ralph--your wife's bad luck must be rubbing off. Rachel and I were in an accident today and my 3yr old car is totalled. We are ok, just banged and bruised up. I'll whine about the pain tomorrow when it has a chance to set in big time.

Is it November yet?

:chat: Susan, sorry to hear about your accident and I pray that you and Rachel are doing ok. Your car wasn't red by any chance? I told Sherry (my DW) that her (red) car was like a bullseye. She was shaking all day today. Are there any parts left? We were thinking of putting the left over parts on E-bay and finance another cruise to ease the hurts

:grouphug: pixie dust to you all.
