The Poquoson Seafood Festival was a big success, except for eating way too much. (I don't want to see another funnel cake for a very long time, blech)

Now, I can really concentrate on the cruise!!

DH is feeling MUCH better today! He was able to get lots of rest yesterday. (he is a very bad sick person).

Congratulations Jeanna! I'm still waiting for our docs! I called DVC member services yesterday and I was told they've been processed but haven't been sent out yet. I should get them at the end of the week or beginning of next! I was worried they'd need a signature but apparently they just drop them at your door, lucky for me 'cause I'm not home during the day

I didn't want to rub it in so I just celebrated quietly (kim said so!!)! So, now that everyone in our group knows they will be getting theirs Thursday, I can really celebrate now!!!

Can't believe our weather...as our local weatherman says.."we are having January weather in October" We have flooding, mudslides from the summer fires, and "Storm Watch '04".....started Saturday night and looks to continue a couple of days more and then another front moving in. Too many people don't know how to drive out here when we get rain, so a lot of accidents....We do really need our rain, but not the annual rainfall in one week

Yes, Linda, I'm back (shucks you're sweet! ] but I am SWAMPED at work! I sent you a pic from MNSSHP!

Oh, besides MNSSHP, it was also the Epcot Wine and Food Festival. I was very good, and didn't eat a single Mickey bar on my trip (okay, so I was too cheap to pay for one when it'll be "all I can eat" in just 23 days!!!!) But I certainly didn't starve!!! And a lady won a cruise at Who Wants to be a Millionaire while I was there - how cool is that?! We were very excited for her. and I wasn't the least bit jealous

Congrats to the doc dancers!!! I'll be joining you tomorrow!!! I hope your DH is feeling better Athene! Corie, hope you all are safe! Better get that ark ready, just in case!

Thanks, PoohJen...Yep, we are all safe here. Just very soggy and I think I am growing moss on my North side.... Still raining and here in the desert we have a lot of runoff, so there are the flooded streets to contend with. Supposed to have snow in the mountains tonight though, so a lot of people will be happy to start their ski season early...if it can stay for awhile. Certainly making me look forward even more to the upcoming cruise...

Hannosmom, I'm a little behind but I read your reply about your DH setting up an area for pictures, I will watch for your message when this is ready, thank you in advance for everything you and DH do for everyone.

Anyone have extra pixie dust to speed up the time to cruise day, I need a vacation fast! , DW celebrated 30 days last night since her (new) car was repaired after being rear ended by a another vehicle, , last night she hit a deer, , took out the left front fender, hood, headlight, bumper, etc. by the way it was brand new just 6 weeks ago.

Ok all you Short Timers, its time to up the level of excitement and get get this cruise going, its party time
