$100 gift card with Disney Visa!

I just got my gift card yesterday too! I'm waiting for my husband's to show up early next week.

Thanks to this thread, I now have an extra $200 to use on our MNSSHP tickets!

I left it blank and it worked out fine. I've already got my gift card. The whole process took about 2-2.5 weeks.
I signed up for hubby too. Waiting still for that gift card. Didn't think to sign him up till later.

An extra $200 for vacay is always useful.

BTW don't forget to use the card as soon as you activate it so you can get your gift card right away.

Mine didn't have any mention of it in the information when I received the card. When I called to activate it, the person told me all of the perks of the Disney card and not once did she mention the 100 GC & I didn't ask. There was no mention of it anywhere, but I did receive it 1 week after I made my first purchase.

I just applied on Wednesday and apparently got approved already because it's showing up under my Chase log-in for our auto loan. It says my APR is 9.24% on purchases and 19.24% for Cash advances.

Okay, so the standard is maybe already added in. The original app said between 5.99 and 9.99 and then when I got the card it said 5.99 plus standard which was currently about 9.(something)%. I thought you had to add the two together but it must be 5.99 plus around 4 % to get 9.24%. That makes sense.

My information that came along with the card didn't mention the $100 gift card either, and the rep I spoke to on the phone didn't say anything about it. I asked her, and she looked it up and told me all I had to do was make a purchase and the gift card would automatically be sent, and that's what happened. I got my g.c. about 8 days after my first purchase.

We received our gift card in the mail today. (Only about a week after using the cc.) I had received an email confirmation after I made my first purchase stating the card would be sent out shortly. Glad we got it before our trip in 21 days

Can the GC be used for room charges such as tips and other food? I got the impression the GC can only be used for merchandise, but I really would like to use it to cover tips from our TS meals.

We got ours while we were at Disney! I knew it wouldn't come before that, I applied too late.

So, we will use it for our next Disney trip!

I just went to do online check in for our trip & there was a nother $100 offer.

So just for kicks I filled it out. I already have a card in my name & so does my DH, but since they let him get another w/ the DVC link $100 gc offer, I thought hey it's worth a shot.

I was approved! It said I would receive a $100 credit on my first statement.

Just for the heck of it, I filled it out too! I already have a card, but I could really use the $100.00 Gift card to spend at Disney World this Sept.! Since others have been posting that they have had luck with this too, I thought I would give it a try too!

I took my gift card and turned it in for disney dollars , then took those and turned them in for real dollars.

I already had a Disney card with my husband on it. He applied and then I applied for a second card, we both got approved and received the Disney VISA. Both made purchases of under $10 on our individual cards. And both have received our $100 Disney gift cards The application, receipt of VISA card, purchase and receipt of $100 gift card took less than 4 weeks and I applied for mine individual card about a week later than hubby.

I'll be using them this weekend to purchase our MNSSHP tickets for either Sept 29 or Oct 1.

My gift card came in the mail yesterday, so less than a month from applying, to using to getting the gift card. And it's now my lowest interest rate. Not bad. Though chase is not my favorite bank, it does seem like a good deal. My mom is thinking about applying for one as well.

Husband got card and made purchase 5/9/09. Today 5/21/09 received the $100 gift card! On the chase website, all they are offering is a $25 credit. This was the best offer I have found!

I wasn't sure if VISA was still honoring the $100 gift cards or not but I thought, "what the heck", and tried anyway. Within the past 2.5 weeks, I applied, received my card, charged $14, and got my $100 gift card yesterday!! YEA!!!
