100 Day Cheat-Free Challenge!

Day 12 is in the books! And, I ate really well today. Made some healthy substitutions to my favorite meals, so I felt like I was missing nothing. Good day. :thumbsup2 :woohoo: party:

Can I join, though I am counting calories and carbs through the Curves program, not WW?

If so, I started on Thursday 1/ 20 (so I'm 3/100, starting day 4) and that means 100 days cheat free would bring me to April 29!

And congrats to all of you so far! :hippie:
 
I'd like to start today too, actually tomorrow morning!! I've been going to Curves and doing their diet since Oct. 1 but have been slacking on my food journal. I want to complete it every day, it really helps me stay honest and I will also work out AT LEAST 3 times a week, hopefully many more than that. Third, I need to keep drinking more water, AT LEAST 6 glasses.

So, tomorrow will be day 1. This might be the extra encouragement I need.

Also, does anyone have any ideas for the stomach area? Other than crunches/sit-ups of course, already trying that. I really need to loose some inches there to keep up with loosing weight everywhere else (35 lbs so far). Thanks for all the help!!

Yesterday I made it through day 11 with no flex points! I also made it to the gym for 60 minutes-my foot hurt the rest of the day but the doctor said low impact exercise was okay. The days are going very quickly. By the time 100 days are over, it will be spring!

I just made it through yesterday - day 12. I did fine on water, in fact I drank 96 ounces by 4pm and had another 12 ounces by 8pm with my meds. So I drank 108 ounces yesterday with no problems. It was getting in the fruits and veggies and I didn't do that until dinner. But I made it without any snacks until after then. Then it all broke lose :)

On to day 13!

Despite my mishap at lunch, I made it through the day, using only three allowance points. :thumbsup2 It was also momentous, since in the past, I would have let my mistake set me off on a binge and eaten triple the points I ate. Thanks to my friends here, I realized the damage wasn't too bad, and I remained in control. So, thank you. :flower3:

Tomorrow is weigh-in day, hopefully it'll be a good one.
