I just checked and these dates are available. I see that you are new here. Have you ever rented points before? I've been renting for about 8 years. I'd just like us both to be comfortable.

The total for this reservation is $1372. I require a $300 PayPal deposit prior to booking, then once I book and you receive the email confirmation, I require the rest of the payment.
