I completely agree. They were fine so long as you didn't need anything out of the ordinary, but if they had to go an extra inch beyond that, they just didn't. They really frustrated us with their "so-what" attitudes, especially from the front desk.And customer service -- a joke.
One evening we wandered into the buffet before it was officially open (although the doors were open) and saw two workers relaxing at a table before their shift. They looked surprised, both jumped up to attention, and then told us that they weren't open and we couldn't go through to the other door where my DD was waiting for us. We had to go up one deck, down the hall, back down a deck, and then backtrack to the opposite door. What a PITA. They just acted so guilty, I got the impression that they were supposed to be doing something else and we "caught" them loafing when they shouldn't be.
Our stateroom was reasonably clean, but the balcony was filthy, with cigarette butts everywhere in addition to the dirt.
I hear ya!...We've all decide we're going to get down and kiss the Magic's decks when we board in October![]()
