10 minutes late to FP window?

I know you can be 5 minutes early for a FP window because I've done it many times. I've also read that you can be up to 10 minutes late, but I've never tested it, because I've also read that sometimes the CM will deny you. Can anyone here confirm?

My daughter and I were 15 mins late for our FP for RNR in Feb due to the bus taking so long and it still worked.

It's 5 min early and 15 min late (we've used both numerous times for various reasons)
It's not even up to the CM to say yes or no. The Mickey scanner will turn green showing a valid FP within those times.
The CM only gets a say when the reader turns blue
