Rach,

You guys move to a Cat 6 now?

You're not going to believe what I did today....

I got up at 4:45 to go to the gym. Mike's on dayturn, so I didn't turn on the bedroom light... I just grabbed my workout clothes and shoes and went into the bathroom to change. I then put my shoes on while I was watching the news.

When I got to the gym at 5 AM, I got on the elliptical. I was on there about 10 minutes...looked down at my feet and

OMG!!! I had 2 different shoes on. :lmao: :lmao: They felt the same. :confused3 I even considered limping a little to make it look like I meant to wear 2 different shoes. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Needless to say... I cut my workout a little short today.

Robin--so sorry to hear about your dad.............

Hazel went to church one time wearing one black and one blue shoe. The shoes were the same style, just different colors. She didn't even notice it until I pointed it out, I think that was my mistake, but we still had a very good laugh about it.........

Good morning everybody:goodvibes

Miserable and cold outside today :sad2: - I'll be staying indoors battling with yet another huge pile of ironing. - Where does it all come from? :confused3

Ellis is going to play at his friends for a couple of hours so I can tidy up a bit.

Cant wait for monday - Ellis is back at school after 9 days off - dont get me wrong - I enjoy him at home, but it really throws my schedule out the window and I cant get to the gym either.

I intend being good from Monday onwards:angel: - we're out Sat night with friends so no point til then. I am not a very good example of a Bobaloser:rolleyes1

:goodvibes I am so proud of my sweet baby girl. Angelina donated blood today for the very first time.

Well done to her:thumbsup2 - I'm no good with needles - it took them ages just to get 5 little vials out of me when I had to be tested for my sister:rolleyes: - and I nearly passd out too:rolleyes1 Neil does it regularly, but I just cant:sad2:

I remember the day after 9/11 when Kristin and her boyfriend stood in line for 9 hours to donate blood.

:thumbsup2 - well done to her

Keep at it Rose. I started out the same way not much more than a month ago. Im almost down 30 pounds now and I am up to running 4.5 miles.
Mark

Run for 4.5 miles:eek: - way to go Mark:woohoo: :woohoo:

Dad shakes constantly. He mostly says a bunch of jumbled up words and doesn't understand anything you say.

He is barely eating. He looks totally different from 2 weeks ago.

Not good.

Morning Karen...it looks like its just you and me and I have to fly now as I have a 9am meeting.

Have a great day ironing....not!:thumbsup2

Speak later

Just someplace to keep me honest was what I needed. Getting myself ready for some more green pearls. We officially booked the other day!!!

Mark

:cool1: :thumbsup2

Heather, Happy belated anniversary, glad to hear that you and Rick enjoyed yourselfs:hug:

"Good Morning Folks"

I have an off topic question.......Can I make color copies at Staples if I have the file on a thumb drive? My printer is out of ink and I will have to make copies of a program I have to create for Alex's class. They are putting on a presentation in which they are each one of our presidents. Alex chose Teddy Roosevelt. Any ideas how I can make him a costume? I thought I'd make him a fake mustache and some spectacles out of wire.

Well, since I've re-killed an already dead thread, I will go about my day. Emily has a Valentine's Day dance tonight, so I need to spend my day pacing and wringing my hands at the thought of her dancing with boys....:lmao:

He is now in a wheelchair. He was walking before we left for Fla. They have a tray on it so he can't get up.

He looks at you and doesn't see you. It's like he's looking right through you.

When I see him like that...I wish God would just take him.

The only coherent thing he said was. "The older I get, the worse I get" He was talking to himself. Then he shook his head.

Ok... sorry no more dumping on you. ;)

 Know your not alone! You and your family are in our prayers. We went through it with Woody's grandmother. Alzheimers. She died the day before our wedding. It was very hard of my MIL. She didn't know who anyone was. She thought Woody was his dad. Very emotionally draining. Just remember to take care of yourself!
