I always kid about going to work at Disney World for part time work for Walt and I when he retires. He retires next February if not sooner. I couldnt because I would miss my kids and grandkids too too much. One of Walters nieces work at MGM doing High School Musical. She loves it. She marches in the parades and has a real good time. She just graduated from LSU last year. She did an internship at Disney and after she graduated they asked her to come back and work. Diane

Don't really like that word... she's our baby.

We saw enough LSU t-shirts to last us a lifetime. The parks were pretty crowded. Had I realized all of New Orleans goes to Fla for Mardi Gras, I would have changed my plans.

They were everywhere.

The National Cheerleading Competition was there last week too.

I thought Feb. was relatively slow. Boy, was I surprised!

We still had a great time.

Here's a story for you...

My dd has her Dad's sense of humor...

After she got engaged, she wore the Ear Wedding vail headband around. We were sitting down to eat and Cassie said she was going to go get a pretzel while Mike & Kip were eating. I said "I'll go with you because I'm going to the restroom".

While we were walking there, we kept getting strange looks. I told Cassie... OMG, people think we're a couple. So she starts goofing around and holding my hand. So I told her... "Would you stop it". We were both laughing so hard we could hardly stand.

She got her pretzel and sat down to wait for me. I came out of the restroom. There were about 10 people standing around here.

As soon as she saw me, she said... "Hi Wifey". Everyone's head turned my way.

I said, "OMG...Would You Stop That!"

Good Night, I'm heading off to bed as soon as Extreme Makeover Home Edition goes off, it's been another very emotional show tonight.

I'm off too - I managed to get in two workouts today so I'm happy with that. And now it looks like we've got another ice storm headed our way tomorrow.

This has been the weirdest winter I can remember - I'll be glad when it's over but I tremble at the thought of what the spring storms are going to be like around here.
