Anyone done this? I like the sound of it. Brenda - did you do something similar In DTD?

The girls did wine tasting and tequila tasting with the boys who also did the two beer tastings. Wouldn't mind trying the martini tasting Karen. Count me in.

My sinuses are killing me today:sick: - I feel so bunged up:sick:

My nose looks like rudolphs from all the blowing:rolleyes:

I'm off to bed

Gnight folks.:wave2:

Ooo...sounds like you have caught the cold I had last week.

I think Angelina is going to drive Hazel nutso finding a Prom dress. Hazel said Angelina looked at over 60 dresses the other day and didn't like anyone them.

We finally got the hall for Angelina's graduation party, paid the deposit today. We also have the graduation announcements and party invitations ordered this afternoon as well. Because my mom will be coming up for Angelina's graduation, then going camping that week with my brother Chuck and his family, we decided the best day for the party was June 28th, this way my mom and the rest of the family can attend before my mom heads back to Florida.

So many plans and activities coming up over the next few months. I'm hoping to get away for a few days in March during Angelina's Spring Break.

Hey Jeff, where is that R.O.D.?

I love this picture Cass:cutie:

You and Tanya will get along perfectly!;)

Yes, we can band together and throw Minnie overboard :lmao: I'm only half serious

Cass are you sure we are not some sort of weird twin couple from another galaxy? I means really, what are the odds of both of us with a ove of German Shepherds and Star Wars?! Woody is going to flip when he sees this!! We are hoping to head to Star Wars Weekends in June for a few days.

LOL, maybe :rolleyes1 Then again lots of people "ove" German Shepherds :lmao:
I'm sorry I couldn't resist :rotfl2:

Brenda... this is for you... Last Valentines day... 27 inches - followed by another foot on St. Pat's day... what is it with all these holidays???

We had 3 feet of snow fall on St Paddy's day a few years ago. At least it wasn't green snow :rotfl:

Hi Rose!

Brrrr.... it was 71 degrees when I came back from getting some lunch; now it's 25 degrees and snowing.

At least we don't have to worry about tornados any longer ... I wonder what that would be in the current conditions:

a snownado?

a tornsnow?

a tornadsnow?

:lmao: :lmao:

Freakish weather for this time of year - we had a cold front move through this afternoon and that's what brought the severe weather earlier this afternoon. The forecast low for tonight is 11 degrees.

I was just listening to the DIS unplugged podcast. At the end of the show Pete was talking about the length of the threads and how they slow down the boards. A decision was made that threads are going to be locked after they reach 250 pages, roughly 4000 posts. Then he said, once that thread is locked a new thread can be started to take it's place. So Jeff, here is my question to you, how many threads will we have for this cruise by the time we sail???

Pete also said the long threads that were removed will be coming back, but they will be broken down into segments to reach the 250 page limit. I guess the original eastbound repo thread will have over 20 little threads.

We are almost at what would be the start of part #3 for this thread and this thread only started two months ago.............

How cool, 7 must be my lucky number...........:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Isn't that really going to clutter up the boards, Andy?

I understand what's driving the decision, but I wouldn't think having 500 small threads as opposed to 250 larger threads would make any difference. It's still the same amount of data ... it's just split up.

Oh well, what do I know?

Nothing. ;)

Wait until Lori sees that you watch Days. . . We keep up with it occasionally. I'm sick of SD. I like Lucas!

I need to watch it soon. I haven't seen it in a few months but I'm sure I could catch up in about 5 minutes!:lmao:

BTW, I got home from work and now my DSL box is working again. The guy on the phone told me last night it would be a miracle if it started working again. :confused3 Don't care how it happened, but now maybe I can catch up on these last 20 pages!:scared1:
