Tell Lina - All men are pigs::yes:: ...OK, I admit there are a few nices ones, but you have to wade through a hell of a lot of slime to find a good one::yes:: ...tell her to look for one just like her Dad:goodvibes

    for Lina. Boys are slime balls.

DITTO! DITTO!

Yeah, there are some nice ones out there but they still only want one thing.

:) (Sorry honey) :duck:

(Hang in there Lina.)

man, you chicks across the pond are mean to us dudes.:scared1: :scared1:
:rotfl: :rotfl2:

Well, I'm bringing it back to this side of the pond. I'm sure when Nancy, Lori, Di, Paige, Jen, Tanya, Janice, Melody, Shelley, Cass, Becky, Rose, Carrie and all the other girls read this, they will agree. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Lina, the ones who don't hurt you, are the ones worth keeping.

Table Service credits - it's Dining Plan lingo. You get a certain number of credit per person per day to use for meals at WDW. You have the option of using credit to dine at signature restaurants but it requires two credits instead of one.

For what it's worth the dining plan is not nearly the great deal this year that it has been in years past, but I can see where families traveling with kids would still derive some benefit from it.

Thanks Brenda. Thought it was something like this.

You are right, the DDP is not as much of a good deal as it was in the past. Since we are 5 in our family, we still are going to use it though, especially because my kids are big eaters. And to be honest, because we pay for it up front (except tips this year) we sort of "trick" ourselves into thinking it is not as expensive as it really is. We would never dine in some of those restaurants if we had to pay for the meals OOP. Once we have no kids traveling with us, we will buy the DDE card for that discount.

Well, its chucking it down with rain today - thats what we English call summer:rolleyes1

Ellis is all miserable cuz he cant play outside and I'm miserable cuz I have yesterdays chores to do cuz I was at his school til 9.30pm.

Neils at work ALL weekend:sad2:

Anyone else fed up?

Me...and I've got ironing to look forward to.:(

Hell, even the ones worth keeping sometimes hurt you. But that goes for girls, too. It's so hard to see your children hurt, but now Lina knows what not to look for and when she is older and ready to really settle down with someone, she'll know a jerk from a prince.  to her in this point in time, though.

Haven't we all gone through this at some point or another. All part of growing up. But big  to her anyway.

Have a great day, everyone! I'm off to wake up Rob with fresh coffee. The poor thing, his LSU Tigers lost to UNC in the College World Series tourney last night. Bless his heart.:rotfl:

Morning all...it's grey and wet here today and looks like its gonna continue into Sunday. Longest day yesterday (becuase of it being leap year) so the days start getting shorter from today:(

That's strange, all our days over here are 24 hours long, do you use different kinds of clocks then we do??? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

JK, I know what you are talking about, summer arrived here at 7:59pm our time last night, now the "daylight" hours start shrinking again.......:( :( :(

:rotfl2: Good one Andy.

BTW, the weather man made a big deal how yesterday was the longest day and that we'd lose a minute a day no until winter. Well I looked at the sunrise/sunset tmes and the difference in sunlight from yesterday to today was only 1 second less. Not a minute. And we only lose 5 seconds tomorrow.

Actually, if you look at the 3 days before and after, you will get to about a minute, so you really have 7 days of about the same length, with the Summer Solstice being the true longest.

Oh, don't worry. I won't be on the thread long. Not a safe place for a "boy" this morning. :scared1:

For the record, the teenage girls are just as bad. Trust me, I lived through it (on the receiving end).

We could also bring up how the girls/women change after the wedding. :rolleyes1

Seriously though, for you and Lina, Andy.

I'm out. Rain isn't going to hit today, so lots of outside work to do (plus all the running around Suz seems to have to do on Saturdays).

Here are some hugs for your girl, Andy.

But I have to agree with Jeff ... we girls are just as bad, if not worse. Have you ever seen that movie Mean Girls? Jay and I watched it a few years back and once it was over he looked at me and said, "How much truth is there in that movie?"

And I thought for a moment and then said, "Up until the feel good ending I'd say just about all of it is based in truth. Girls are mean and manipulative and catty ... it comes naturally we don't even have to work at it."

Before he could ask anything else I told him not to ask. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
