4 for just the 3 of you, wow, I'm just hoping I can get under the 5 for the 2 of us, and yes I am planning on doing some laundry.Been on 8 cruises now and still always overpack

We always try to pack one suitcase within another - that way we have an empty one to fill. Hopefully, with some careful packing...we will have two large suitcases (including an empty one) and one very full garment bag.

Gent: I think it was you heading to Moscow for the game yesterday? Hope you didn't get too soaked WOW. I only got to watch the extra time and penalty kicks but boy was it raining. Although my team won I am not a fan of penalty kicks, I think you win or lose as a team. They do it in hockey as well but at least for championship type games you play to a winner. Anyways hope you had a awesome time!!!!

Yikes, later then I thought gotta get ready for work. DS and I are heading to the baseball game tonight, Toronto vs the Angels....any LA fans out there????

We don't get alot of soccer (footie as my Manchester family calls it) here in Canada but I am a Man U fan by birth rite, My mom was born in Manchester. Also Hargraves (sp) is from Canada

A little "proud parent" moment before I go. Emily's high school had their sports awards program yesterday. I am so proud of Emily. She is only a Freshman, so we were happy knowing that she would "letter", but she also made the All-Conference team (2nd team). Their conference is small as is their school, so it is not like she is a pitching phenom, but I was proud nonetheless. It will do wonders for her confidence as a pitcher....She also won the "glue" award. It is an award voted on by the entire team. The coach said it is the girl that epitomizes the sport, the one who keeps the team together, the one who they miss when she is not there. Emily was so flattered to receive this award, and I , of course, was very proud of her.

Of course this morning, it was back to normal and Rob and I were fussing at her about her skirt being too short....

Did I mention that her boyfriend's dad got orders to Hawaii and they are moving next month? He's a nice boy but I'd rather her not have a steady boyfriend at this age......

....now that I've bored you all, can someone pass the deodorant?

Hello all I am a friend of Cass AKA Timon and we will be going on the Oct 2009 cruise with them. This is our first cruise EVER! and I am super excited to be going My Husband Sean and our 2 kids will be joining us they are 16 and 19 (one last big trip before the family splits to become a bigger one ) I look forward to meeting alot of new people from the look of that list ;-)

So I hope you all don't mind but I will be bombarding with questions..lol

Yep we drive an hour to Norfolk fly Southwest. I LUV Southwest!! Great prices, direct flights, fun attendants and now with the new boarding procedure its even better! Flying out of Richmond on another direct flight (either Delta or Airtran)would cost us $500+. Flying SW out of Norfolk is usually under $200! We are flying down in 15 days and the total cost for both of us was $186!!

We do that too. Plus Scott's parents live in Chesapeake so they take us and pick us up at the airport.
