I like that weather when it rolls through, but not while I'm on vacation, thank you very much.

So I went out to dinner last night at Chili's and I sat down and ordered an iced tea....the waiter proceeded to tell me that since it's a U.S. chain that they only have brewed tea, not "real" iced tea

Umm hello, you are an American chain in CANADA!!!!!!! You should have my iced tea! I can't even find my iced tea in Canada in Epcot, why should I get that brewed stuff up here

Then I saw the movie Fool's Gold and they were in Key West and talking about shopping and it reminded me that I never got to get my sandals at Kino's

Then I woke up this morning to 6 inches of snow

I'm just waiting for my dogs to pee in my shoes or something

As soon as I read Chris' post, somehow I just KNEW that either you or Andy would be posting that little freaky thing

So, have you had any nightmares about that little guy yet?

How are you with clowns?

Andy, since Cass is the resident graphics person, we can't ask her to do it, so would you be able to blow up to life size so we can put it on magnetic paper? We can then keep putting him up on her door on the cruise.

I'm loving the tiara idea! But I'm a little weird, anyway!

To be honest, I'd love to do the whole long gown, gloves, tiara look for formal night, but I'd be too chicken to go it alone...

Umm me no likey clowns. I didn't care for them much when I was a kid and THEN I saw the movie Poltergeist and REALLY hated them after that. They are creepy looking! I will never swim in the Boardwalk pool either, that clown slide is scary

And what was that Stephen King novel they made into a movie with the scary clown?? It? I can't remember, but it creeped me out too

There will be no blowing up of that little creepy jester dude, not by me anyway And I will make sure to steer clear of those secret porthole rooms, Rob can deliver those tag gifts

I like it! I wore a tiara in my wedding. It was my great grandmothers with pearls and Austrian crystals. I think my mother has it with my wedding dress.

Fine! I'll be sure that my jeans are clean if we're going to "glam it up".

I always "glam" it up on formal night (semi-formal, too). I don't usually do the gloves but the last two cruises I wore a long gown and went to the spa and had my hair styled. I even asked Jason to wear a tux. It was fun and we got some great pictures.

I'm sure I could get Chuck to wear some nicer black sweat pants, a clean wife beater, and new Chuck Taylors. If I really sweet talk him, he might even tie the laces.

Cabo hasn't tried that one yet. He just steals them and hides them. I just found one of my gloves in his kennel in the garage. Gotta just love that guy.

Hey everyone on thread #3!
I can't believe I lurked earlier today and checked tonight and already 8 pages and my sister has several posts. I will have to try to keep up better this thread.

Only two new things with me. I quit caffeine cold turkey on Sat. (slept most of the day). I think I am still having withdrawal symptoms. I read that it can take 9 days for a real addict. I am in the muscle soreness stage now.

This may be TMI but I have drunk Mt. Dew for breakfast for the last twenty years - started in college! I have also had Dr. Pepper at sometime during the day for probably thirty years! I hope I can keep going with this. Supposed to help with weight loss and health and I'm tired of keeping the stuff around.

The bad thing is my BIL learned that he has liver cancer today. We are hoping it is early enough, but we know liver is bad.

Just make sure you have rhinestones on your jeans and you'll be fine.

Maybe you chicks could have a "bedazzling" meet the afternoon of formal night.

Thanks for the link, Jen! My MIL actually has one from a wedding she was in decades ago and offered to let me borrow it for the cruise, but I'd be terrified that something would happen to it. I'm just going to pick one up before the cruise - they had some cool ones at Arrabis Bros. in Epcot that were only about $45.

Jen if I ever become a better Bobaloser I have a long gown that I could wear, I wore it on our second cruise and I haven't taken it on a cruise since. I'm not sure about the gloves though, but maybe I'd join you other ladies in wearing a tiara.
