I'm also T2, but have never had a delivered sugar free anything pretending to be candy to be worth it. Like, I want a calorie refund sort of bad.
They do offer a nuts and snacks package last I checked, not as romantic but it's something. Alternatively just bring something you actually like, I'm a fan of the Frango option but I'm also a originally from Chicago.
Or, what I do: if you're able to be active enough just do that instead. When I'm in the parks I'm doing enough physical activity that my glucose burn rate exceeds what I'm even tempted to put into my body, I actually carry candy to munch on when my CGM warns me of trouble.
