Our flyer states, "Get 5X Disney Dream Reward Dollars on eligible purchases in the categories of Dining, Gas, Airlines, Groceries during the months of April, May and June. For every eligible dollar you spend above $2,250 each month in any of the above mentioned categories you'll accumulate Disney Dream Reward Dollars at 5x the regular rate.

I'm still waiting to see what extra reward dollars we will be receiving from the Oct. Nov. Dec. promotion they had. Our April statement should be posted either tomorrow or Monday, we should have our extra reward dollars on that statement. :rolleyes1

$2,250! :scared1:

You need to get a second card Andy. We did that in Suz name and only put the Disney stuff that gets the 0% on there. That kept the balance low and got us $450 for ours last quarter.

I'd hate to see the hurdle on the other card. That one goes to $10,000-$15,000 some months. I think the most we ever had was when I had both the new computers one July for work along with the all the hotel rooms for our conference in Toronto. The bill that month was around $25,000.

Gotta love when work gets you free points. :cool1:

(although Suz' does pretty good damage herself on it as well :rolleyes1 )

So yours doesn't say travel, just airlines. Hmm. I remember reading a thread on the Budget board and they said it was travel. Maybe Disney just gets included.

Like I said, I can not make it work unless I use the payments for the WDW trip. But I don't recall ours saying travel either. Can't find the promo paper if I had too. Luckily we were enrolled and the points came this month. No battle needed.

Nope, nothing about travel............just airlines and the other three categories, dining, gas, and groceries.

Bummer. I won't count on mine, but if it shows up, added bonus. I can always hope, right?

I think we did $700-$1000 each of the three months we had it for gas and groceries alone. You figure, next to housing, those are your two biggest budget categories.

Although, if you add up all the travel expenses in a year, I think we spend almost that or more if you average it out monthly. :rolleyes1

YIKES!! Hope everything is ok now Tanya. BTW...I loved your story about the floppy dix!! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Yeah, Nancy, it was hilarious. The next day in the computer lab one of the guys was almost finished at the end of the period. I told him that I wished we has something for him to take the work home (I wouldn't let them take my flashdrive.) Another boy said, "You mean like a floppy disk, Ms. ___." Then his face turned red! This was a different period class, too. I just laughed and said, "The first time it's funny; after that, it's not nice." It's a fun age most of the time.
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Good Night Everyone, it's time to put this tired, weary body to bed.......well, to the sofa bed that is...........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

See ya in the morning.........:wave2:

Wow, this thread has been real slow lately  At least it's not hard to catch up to

I decided to make a couple more 2-tier cakes for my website today. If I had more room to store them I would make more. I still want to do a At the Zoo cake and an On the Farm cake but I have 6 cakes sitting here now so until I sell them, I think that's it for the cake making :upsidedow

Wanne see 'em?

Cass those are awesome! I am making 2 of them next weekend, nothing as elaborate as your's though. I think your prices are right on the mark, those puppies are expensive to make. Holy crud the costs of the diapers alone, I was in sticker shock when I bought them yesterday!:scared1:

Cass, those cakes are incredible! If I were having a baby I'd want someone to buy all of them for me (I'm greedy that way). :thumbsup2

Awesome cakes, Cass! Once the word gets out, you will have a hard time keeping up with all the orders!:thumbsup2

Snow!

I know, I'm sorry :guilty: I know how it feels. I feel that way everytime someone mentions a wdw or dcl show on the Travel channel :sad1: I LOVE travel shows but all we get here is Canadian crap :headache:

Do you ever make a Michaels stop when you are in the US? One day I want to stop at AC Moore, never been to one of those :thumbsup2

Oh and Spokane is about a 8-9 hour drive from here. They are very serious shoppers! I didn't know how serious until we went to WDW with them last year. You ever see that shopping magazine on airplanes called SkyMall? Well we had two 3-hour flights and just as we were about to land in Orlando, they had JUST finished that magazine  I looked it over too, I was done in 15 minutes :rolleyes1

Jen, just got back from Michaels and the t-shirts were on sale from $5.99 to $2.44 :woohoo: I gots me two of them for the cruise :thumbsup2

I also got a snotload of ribbon, hopefully my diaper-cake business takes off or I will be doing a lot of scrapbooking with ribbons :lmao:

Cass - I do manage to get at least one visit in when we're in US. I am going to try and get to Mouse Memories in Sept to pick up a few items and save the postage.

I remember Heather mentioning she got some Mickey Mail this week.

Went to the mailbox today and we got some too. :cool1:

Suz opened that up quickly and is going through it. :sad2:

Congrats Jeff and Suz.

We do too. It is just beautiful here in WI today. Low 60's and sun. Must be why we're not hearing from the WI BOBers this afternoon.

Well we've got SNOW

Cass--the cakes are lovely!!! :thumbsup2

Karen & Heather--so sorry to hear about the sn*w you received.....

We're just having more rain here today.....
