My dad is hoping to make it to his 86th birthday on the 29th of this month. (He says that every year ). He's doing ok..Not good, not fine...just ok.

Thanks Jen - I remember it sort of from when I did WW. Bread etc would be my downfall - 35 points isnt much is it for goodies!

Do you have to paint the basement first? that will take even longer. It'll all be worth it in the end - just a pain right now with the mess.

Nope, don't need to paint. This work was all done in the unfinished area of our basement - no need to be pretty!

I can usually do core for a week or so, if we don't have any trips, plans to go our to dinner, or family gatherings. If it's a week where we have a lot of plans, it gets very hard.

Treats/snacks are my downfall - I love my sweets! I'd rather have cake than alcohol....

That's someone who was with us - my mom's friend Mary. Not shy at all....I think she was doing something else while I was snapping photos.

This was the only pirate who didn't scare Thomas...and he let the kids take turns "driving" the ship...

I hardly ever got chance to out make up on that holiday - I was always in a rush... I just about managed to dry my hair and get dressed!

I need to plan better next time.

It's the dress....it managed to accent all the good points and hide all the figure flaws

I only had time for my makeup because I didn't do anything fancy with my hair - usually I don't bother with makeup.

If I remember, when I get home I'll post our formal portrait - it turned out SO well.

I was going to post a couple of pics from the weekend and haven't got around to it. I'll try tonight. But do you really want to see my ugly mug and my 99 y.o. grandma when you can look at pics of Meghan's Bay?

I have NO idea what I'm going to want to do at St. Maarten and St. Thomas, because there are SO many options....beach, tram, regatta, tours, shopping...I have no idea how I'm going to choose!

i feel the same, soo much to do, i am confused
We chose western last time as we thought there would be more things to see at the ports but there is just as much on this trip. In fact this one looks even better. Can it get any better
