And, this is what happened to Emily afterwards. She fell asleep on a light pole in the park!

The Disney staff photographers loved Emily's falling asleep on the light pole, and they took pictures of her also. :lmao:

Too cute. :cutie:

Great pictures! We are feeling the same about Trunk Bay ... I keep changing my mind. As I told Chris, I'd be more comfortable going with other people to a different beach ... interested??? Anyone else too???

Well, since I don't have a job or any money, we're not doing any excursions. So, we might spring for a beach trip.

Would you like to join us on a non-Disney excursion to another beach? Saphire? Megan's Bay? Coki perhaps? I think I would feel better going with a group.
I'll let you know soon. Elaine and I will figure out things in the next week or so. I was really hoping to get the fuel surcharge back, and that didn't work out.

I spent too much money in September!!! :lmao:

Hmmm, I was like this before I booked the trip... I figured the chances of us getting back there are almost zero, so I may aswell see it while I have the chance. Its also rated as one of the best beaches in the world....:cloud9: - I have to go check it out for myself. Yes, its a lot of money, but so near and yet so far.... will you be happy on the other beach knowing where you could have been or will it always be a "I wish we'd gone" type of thing?

ps - love that piccie:yay:

Yes - I'm going to stick to the plan - that way I can also say I went to St. John as well as St. Thomas. Plus - the girls REALLY want to do some snorkeling! :-)

My favorite Friends in Wisconsin

What a coinkydink Walt. That's the same picture I have of my fav Texans and a few of my fav Wisconsinites. :goodvibes

Heather, Nancy and I all have Plankys. He was our mini mascot for the last trip. I have tons of piccies of him doing wierd and wonderful stuff. It all started when a friend - Brenda - had to cancel the cruise. She used to photograph him all over WDW. I offered to take her Planky along with me so he didnt miss the cruise....people helped me make costumes for him and he went on every trip with us. My whole trippie was mainly piccies of him:lmao:, unfortunately my photobucket account went up in smoke so the trippie is no more.:sad2:

Things are pretty tight around here these days with the building industry being hit pretty hard. Not so many people are spending money on building "cottages" these days. We still have some going so we are fortunate but we are down to 20% of what we used to do.

Sorry to hear about your job, but glad that you are still coming on the trip. I'm still back and forth about Trunk Bay, I don't want to talk others out of going and have them be disappointed :sad2:. I've been looking at the other beaches on-line and I'm thinking that they may be just as amazing of an experience for us. Do you have any thoughts as to which beach you'd like to go to?

That sounds like SUCH a great idea!! I think it would be fun to do something like this for my niece and nephew - granted they are only 8 weeks old, but the girls would REALLY get into it (maybe Spongebob for Merrick and Patrick for Marlee....)

That's what Disney is all about...Walt would be proud of that Picture..:):goodvibes

Walt :thumbsup2

Thanks, Walt! That is my absolutely favoritest picture I have of the girls - taken ANYWHERE. It's pure joy and hapiness (at the Happiest place on earth!!) - They even Like each other!! LOL

We visted there Thanksgiving in 2006 - it was the first time in 10 years (or something like that) that is SNOWED in Orlando... guess who had to run to Walmart to try and find some turtlenecks and sweaters???? :confused3:lmao:

I think we are going to stick with Trunk Bay - it's a little pricey, but since this is our first ever cruise and traveling outside of the country with the girls, I better stick with Disney shore excursions.... Plus - that beach looks SOOOOO amazing (and I am NOT a beach person at all!)

Yeah I also bought Elaine a BlackBerry, and attended 3 Yankee Games instead of the 2 I was planning.

I am torn on this one. Decisions, decisions!

Di and I had to do the opposite, we go to WDW for every Anniversary in May, so we dressed for cold one year and had to buy shorts and short sleeves shirts for our stay......:confused3

I know I posted this before, but I am posting it again for Mike'e enjoyment (this was from our Honeymoon - 15 years ago...)
