Clifton hill rocks!! I have been jonesing for a trip to Niagara Falls for a while now. We were going to go this weekend but the weather looked bad so we didn't bother. I just love going there and walking around. Clifton Hill has changed alot over the years but its still alot of fun!

We live just east of Toronto, If you are ever heading up to a game let us know!! If you're into football the Bills play here now and then, Good Times. The kids would love TO, there are lots of great museums, The CN tower etc...

My inlaws used to live in Tonawanda, NY. Whenever we would visit, I would always find an excuse to head over to Niagara Falls for an evening. Most times we would just hang out on Clifton Hill.

I made it to Toronto a few times for baseball games at the Rogers Centre.

I was born in Kingston.. lived in a little village of Erinsville.. it is near tammworth where i went to school... wich is near kingston.

We don't get there often anymore, but I have always enjoyed my times in Canada. My aunt and uncle lived in Toronto years ago and when I was a kid I spent 10 days up there with them. We saw all the sights including the CN Tower. In fact, that was my first trip on a plane. I'll never forget it.

Angie, are y'all dressing up? We are.:thumbsup2

Yep - we are dressing up! We have some friends who are about the same size as me and Dave and we are borrowing their awesome costumes.

Here are a few of pictures from their trip 2 years ago (they are on their way down to WDW tomorrow again!!)

My costume (the girl one ... not the Orlando Bloom one...)

Last summer we visited family in Alexandra Bay, NY. We took a boat tour on the St. Lawrence to see the 1000 Islands. I believe Kingston is just across the river from Alex Bay.

Kingston is beautiful!! We were just out that way on Labour day. We went to Sandbanks for the weekend. We were in Ganonoque for the Civic weekend too. DS wants to go to Queens next year so we may be spending more time (and money!!:scared1:) out that way in the next few years. Frontenac Provincial park is also another beautiful area out there that we have backpacked and canoed through a few times.

Ellis takes his purple belt karate grading 10th Oct - the week before we fly - phew! - I was panicking incase we missed it while we were away. He'll be purple/white by xmas hopefully:woohoo:

He'll miss 3 classes while we're gone but that cant be helped. I'l ltry to get him to an alternative class but I'm sure he'll catch up with a bit of practice at home. Even I'm getting good at Pinan Sandan now all the practice we've done:rotfl: - I should enter myself for the grading too:rotfl:

Mind you, at $65 a belt I dont think so!:scared1::rolleyes:

Maddie takes karate too! She absolutely adores it! She just started early this year, she got her yellow stripe (I think they added that belt in just so they can make $ off the 'belt tests'), then a few weeks ago, she got her yellow belt. She was over the moon excited! Especially when she broke the boards! We have to pay $50 per belt test...:sad2:, while on our cruise, she'll also miss 3 classes. :rolleyes1

We booked the Radisson today. Can't wait. We will be try to check in early to use the pools and check out the sites.

I want to go to the beach and to the Ron Jon Surf shop. We will also have to find a place to eat, there are a few recommendations on the forum.

Is there good breaky available at the Radisson?

This is the same TA that had to out-of-pocket an upgrade to cat 11 after she screwed up your ressie?
