Opps - never mind, I looked it up, though I would think a flatbread is not that high in calories - is this erroneous thinking?

That's because it's deep fried Laurie.

Want to see some of our flowers from Tuesday?

And this was the final arrangements, we all did together.

We chose to use photographs of ourselves and our Mum's.

The title of the Demonstration was Old and Beautiful

We are having a great time here in Ohio with Robin and Mike. We left Niagara Falls at 10 am and arrrived at their house at 7 PM last night. We saw three Harley dealers and three lighthouses along the way. We rode along the coastline. Very beautiful. Dinner was yummy. We gabbed all nite. Had a great time remininsing. (sp) We got up early this am and went to Perkins for breakfast, post office to mail package of t-shirts, then on to Amish country. It was sure fun seeing all the horses and buggies. What a challenge to get the pictures. I had a great time trying to catch the picture of the buggies. We had a Amish meal for lunch. Yummy. You should have seen our desserts. We got to meet Robin and Mike's son, daughter, and grandkids. Grandkids are so cute. We are having great weather. Sunny and 85 degrees. Congrats to Karen on her weight loss. Good job Ellis on your blue belt. Talk to you all later.

Proud Mommy alert:rolleyes1

Ellis passed his karate grading...

He's now a blue belt:goodvibes:yay:

:woohoo:Good Job Master Ellis!!!:woohoo:

:lmao: the moves and katas get a lot harder from now on. The gradings wont be so close together after the next couple of belts because it takes longer to learn it all. At the moment he grades every 12 weeks and so far he hasnt failed (although a couple of kids have). It goes to every 6 months then annually after a few more belts. If he carries on (which I hope he does) he could be a black belt by about 13/14 years old.:cheer2:

I wish Kristin and Stacy would've stuck to it a little more. They are both at Blue but Jesse is a Black Belt. I forget which degree though. He and his dad teach classes. I think it's so funny when I hear kids call Jesse "Sensei".

You got it. That's a sad sounding situation. While I'm at it. I could use some prayers for my Dad who's having surgery on Monday to repair the aneurysm in his abdomen.

N

Absolutely Nancy K. Was that from the gall bladder surgery? :confused3

doing good. We went and got Mario Kart today. Sean can't wait to show Rick (and everyone else) how it's done Maybe a few weeks though, we are headed to his folk's house in WA on Wednesday.

Shall I tell him? :lmao::lmao: No doubt, he'll be practicing to give Sean a run for his money:lmao::lmao::lmao:

As usual Heather....your flower arrangements are beautiful!!
