I'm here Karen and checking in on thread 23.

What's up for the weekend people??

I have a "vacation" day at work. "Vacation" meaning....NO BOSSES!!
It'll be such a relaxed day. Karen, I'm bringing along my new camera, the manual, my new memory cards....everything but a replacement battery. They didn't have any at Best Buy. I have to find one on the internet somewhere.

Then....Chuck, Tony and Jesse will be out of town all weekend at a basketball tournament. Kristin, Stacy and I are having a "Girl's Weekend". Dinner tonight, SHOPPING at the outlet malls tomorrow with lunch at The Chancery (yummy veggie wraps!!!) and a movie tomorrow afternoon. It'll be one big sleepover all weekend too!! I bought the Benjamin Button movie and also received my Best of Carol Burnett dvd's so it'll be a "TV Sunday"!


I just hope the money doesn't run out Saturday morning already.

here too.....but somehow a "wino" seems more lovable than a drunk....

Karen and Rose, you two prefer reds, don't you? I have switched to whites for some time now. Reds keep me from sleeping well and give me a bit of a headache the next morning--even just one glass of red does that to me. Rob likes reds.

We recently bout a case and had it shipped to the house from a company called Wine Insiders. They send you a variety from all over the world. So far, the Argentine wine is the only one that has gotten a thumbs down from us.

I used to skip reds but lately just have had the cravings more for them, guess I got sick of whites (except for champagne.... never get sick of that!)
But a guy at our liquor store told me to try Bordeaux, it has less of whatever in reds causes headaches
I really like it too!

Any alcohol interferes with my sleep though, I just have to live with that if I want to drink
Or take some benedryl before bedtime.

You'll enjoy it, its a great movie.

Sean, who is very into Star Trek said he didn't think it was acurate.
He said that Vulcan was never destroyed that he knew of in the series.(But of course he's mainly watched Next Generation and Voyager)
I told him I thought it was.

Hiya Mike

Not really, back Monday night, worked Tuesday.... surprise 10 hour day
Then to Wednesday planned 10 hour workday, Off Thursday but spent it with Bob, today surprise 12 hour day at work.

Tired now, and lots of chores to catch up on.

So, what's Sean been up to since Monday?
