Well that ought to make my analysis change. We're fine with staying in Mods, but those Su-Th pricing makes the DVC look better when I amortize them out over the life of the contract. Not sure if it will after the change. Will it be a big shift or just equal amounts every night?
It will vary by resort as to what they change, but basically the change is to make staying weekends not so prohibitive which will make weeknights a bit more - it all has to even out, and I would think they would still want to keep weekends a bit higher, but we won't know all the details till closer to time.
You can get that by just walking out of my backyard.
But with the late cutting of the corn last year, that has blown in my yard this spring and we did have the cows in the yard about 2 or 3 years ago. Left a couple of BIG "deposits" in the lawn.

It seems the ones that are the most peeved are the ones that stretched their points by not staying weekends. We've done it both ways so I am fine with it, this way we'll be more inclined to stay put for a week instead of splitting a stay between a DVC resort and a value or moderate to save weekend points.

I will be going to visit my grandparents in a couple of weeks in Lancaster County, PA (Amish country). The air is always "ripe" this time of year. My kids were shocked at all the corn when we drove there a few years ago. Not many farms in CT, especially in casino and submarine country!

When we lived in our last house, we lived about a mile from the amish. We lived on a back road in a wooded area. We were sitting on the porch and we look up and see an amish buggy going by.
