Well, goodnight folks.

I'm off to bed. Neil wont be back til the early morning... he's gone off into Birmingham with some old friends he's known since childhood to a bar with a live band... he always comes back a bit drunk

So, Ellis and I went on our "date" this evening

He was quite the young man He even wore aftershave and hair gel

He asked for the bill and paid it all by himself (Daddy filled his wallet up for him)

The waitress couldnt believe it

What made it hysterical though was he didnt want to leave a tip ...he was moaning about how much I wanted to leave her ... he figured the more he left on the table, the less was left in his wallet.

What he doesnt realize is that Daddy will be asking for his change when he sees him in the morning

We had a lovely time

Someone asked about AFEG? Last I saw, he took some poor kid's Snickers bar and said, "you don't want end up looking like me, do you?". I got a picture of the whole incident:

It was Andy ... we've never been out just the 2 of us before. I think he enjoyed playing the big grown up man with the money

I did tease him though... I knew how much his Dad had put in his wallet, so I casually mentioned how much the bill would probably be, purposely making it more than he had.... you ought to have seen his face when he thought he wouldnt have enough ... poor kid looked scared to death ... I told him straight away that I was only kidding.

I'm sure all the beaches will be lovely.

Guess following me on the Western to Seven Mile Beach wasn't good enough last time. Fine. Go your own way this time.

No, actually Lina and I were having a heart to heart discussion about the future and what it could possibly hold for her.......
