Down another pound this week, 37 total lost to date, and down to 190 for the first time since 1998!!! :goodvibes

Since I missed two workouts this week because of the head cold, I really pushed myself this morning to help make up for it burning off 1500 calories :yay: today.

Sitting here now enjoying a nice tossed salad with low fat dressing. :)

Thanks, Heather  I wish you could be there too my England is represented by Karen and I think Mimi & Mack are eating at the Rose & Crown tonight.

Well I'm sure you'l have a great time. Shame they don't have the pie selection on the menu any more. It was yummy.

I don't remember who asked for this recipe but here it goes:

Peanut Butter Balls

2 c. ground graham crackers
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 pound sweet chocolate (chunk chocolate)

Mix ground crackers, powdered sugar, peanut butter and melted margarine. Knead together well and chill 1 hour.
Roll into 1/2 inch diameter balls and refrigerate. Melt chocolate in double boiler over hot water. Dip balls into melted chocolate and let harden.

Sorry Andy, just feel free to skip over this post. :flower3:

Well it goes without saying that the KK one has to be up there with one of the best, but the Repo has got to be fav. Meeting and making great friends (Becky and I are like long lost sisters). I'm gonna be lost without her in October.:sad1:

Hiya Nancy. We're doing OK, thank you. Mum is doing well too. Next step is Dad's birthday that would have been on 31st Dec.

Here's some dust stuff pixiedust: to get you through that tough day!

Well, I guess I was wrong about the next time I'd be on the thread. Because of the bad weather, I very wisely checked my flight status and it's been delay about an 65 minutes, so far (not so bad considering the weather). So I can take my time getting to the airport. Still plenty of time to get to EPCOT to meet my BOBer friends in France at 4:45! OOO La La! :thumbsup2

:bday: Happy Birthday Robin :bday:
Don't forget to post some pictures of the puppy!

Don't forget to make some of Mikey's famous mortar cookies! I'm sure he'll send you the recipe!

Have a great time Kathy! Hope you get there on time.

D

Well, I found us a babysitter for this afternoon so I get to join the rest of the crew for a movie :woohoo:
