Well, it's snowing/raining/sleeting and generally yucky in Somerset, NJ today. I'm thinking happy thoughts about tomorrow, so please throw some pixie dust my way so that the airport is open tomorrow morning!

Sorry to hear about the bad weather the US is having at the moment. I've got to say that this is the first day in a long time that it's not too cold, no rain (well not yet) and a bit of blue sky and some sun.

Turned in quite early again last evening, starting to feel better though!!!

Hazel, Lina and I are going to a Christmas Party tonight. The people who hosted the DCL House Party this past January have invited us to their house tonight for their party. Gayle said they usually have around 100 people come and go through the night, should be a awesome time. Gayle said she has been cooking all week for the party. We are taking "several" gallons of Arizona Diet Green Tea with us as our contribution.

I think I better work extra hard at the gym this morning!!!

Well, I guess I was wrong about the next time I'd be on the thread. Because of the bad weather, I very wisely checked my flight status and it's been delay about an 65 minutes, so far (not so bad considering the weather). So I can take my time getting to the airport. Still plenty of time to get to EPCOT to meet my BOBer friends in France at 4:45! OOO La La!

Sitting@ the airport now. My flight has been delayed another 15 minutes to 9:45, but that still not too bad.

Frank can't come down until Christmas night because he has to work then he has to leave on Sat to get home in time to work on Sunday. So no Disney for him this trip But we are headed down at the end of Jan.

Down another pound this week, 37 total lost to date, and down to 190 for the first time since 1998!!!

Since I missed two workouts this week because of the head cold, I really pushed myself this morning to help make up for it burning off 1500 calories today.

Sitting here now enjoying a nice tossed salad with low fat dressing.
