As I recall though - Chuck and I whopped up on the basketball court. And that was with a real ball and a real basket!! No cheat codes when it comes to putting the ball in the hoop!

Yes, but if it is a "Cash Card", wouldn't you use that for a dinner?

I guess I would, but when I get a card from a specific restaurant, book store, etc., I am "forced" to spend it on some fun, which is usually the spirit in which they are given (at least to me). If it is a visa gift card, my mommy guilt kicks in and the money gets spent elsewhere. I know I know, kinda backwards.

One of my favorite gift cards was a WaWa card. I used it when the gas was the most expensive. It wasn't a huge amount, but it gave me a sense that I had achieved a moral victory.

Yep, I'm turning in to. I have a couple journal entries to do and then off to bed (to get up at 5:30 and back online with work by 6:00 ).

How can they do this legally?

Like you said, fine print.

When accounting for a gift card sale, they treat it as Unearned Revenue - a liability.

In Bankruptcy, they must treat it as all other liabilities and you can't make a claim on the company.

I think it stinks and A LOT of people will be b'tching up a storm come January and February as companies who couldn't turn a profit in the Holiday season to under.

happy to report we are poochie free.

my biggest fear is that lady will bring that puppy to work and robin has zero will power when it comes to puppies.

I watched (unwillingly) Liverpool kick somebody's butt this past weekend. The other teams uniforms looked like referee shirts. I was really confused until my BIL told me the refs had on green shirts.

long time no chat , i see man u aint doing so good but i am sure they will be in the hunt at the end of the season pal, the B O B PANTS thing is great , you know you can buy them at the clarets shop i think we should get some for the cruise , i can just see the faces as we walk on board in our undies

as for church it would be great to take scott on the turf to see the mighty clarets but to take him to see man utd would be amazing and not just for him as i have never had the chance to see utd play and it must be electric.

we have chelsea tomorrow night i hope its on sky , i now we don't stand a chance but its good for lower league teams to be seen on the tv and you never know we might do a liverpool on the southern jessie's

I think it only right that you buy a pair of BOB pants Sean and take a picture, i mean we had Jeff in his Borat suit on here before he got Fat....come on be a sport show the ladies what their missing.....Take a pic and i'll buy you as many Boddingtons as you can drink on a set night,i can't say fairer than that can i?.....

ps....We had our season mapped out for us by the FA with the fixture list,not only do have to play the ten teams who finished just behind us ALL AWAY in the first half of the season we also have to take in trips to Monaco and Tokyo.....I was trying to organize a "work trip" around the time of the Tokyo week (we play 2 games there)but a "mate" dropped me in it and i got busted Big time......

I agree. Alex just started a 4 week grounding for the same thing. And she lies about the most stupid things.
