I'm jealous.

We're in the middle of our first real cold of the season ... we even had a fire last night. No sunshine since early Friday morning ... just cold and cloudy and windy. Brrrrrrr.

The fall is the prettiest here. It was a little cool, but I will not complain-68 on the beach is not bad.

My crockpot is making chicken right now. I used a recipe out of Nancy's crockpot cookbook - chicken with white wine and Good Seasons Italian dressing packet Boy, hope it tastes as good as it smells!

That's one is one of my favs Kathy!

We're crock potting today too! Trying a recipe for German beef stew ... and while that's slowly cooking I'm going to try my hand at making some pear & gorgonzola cheese tartlets - that's a Thanksgiving trial run so wish me luck!

Well, that all sounds great. Is "Nancy's Crockpot Cookbook" from Nancy G? I missed that. I will need to follow up on the thread more often if this is the case.

Tonight, Rob and I are headed out to dinner. Nothing fancy, Brick Oven Pizza. I won a giftcard at Bunko last month. We are celebrating 18 years of wedded (most of the time-lol) bliss.

Eighteen years ago, at this time, I was getting ready to walk down the aisle .........

Hey Brenda No, I haven't made it over yet. Just got home from shopping and was catching up on email but I shall be heading over there soon
