They are closing 150 stores nation wide. The closest one to us about 45 minutes away. 5 in MI. It is a double edged sword for our company. CC has been underperforming for a while. But it doesn't look good to Wall Street when the competition closes up shop.Hey Annette - I'm sure you heard, but Mack and I have been discussing how happy Best Buy must be that all the Circuit City stores in the Atlanta area are closing. Is that happening in other places of which you're aware? This must be good for Best Buy!!!!
Is Mary okay? That is not like her not to show up for cruise chat. I will have to pop over to the SSMC 09 and make sure she is okay.
Anniversary was very sweet - lots of memories as we reviewed the years, lots of laughs too. We are continuing to celebrate tomorrow with a date to the movies - he picked a chick-flick he knew I wanted to see.
Giving some thought to a logo variation.
She was okay - but only by the grace of God. This was last spring. Both airbags deployed, the windshield and both front windows (which thank God were rolled down) all completely gone, her body removed all the interior moulding from between the front and back doors, and she ended up with a raise place on her leg in the shape of the seatbelt buckle mechanism - but given that she was t-boned by someone doing at least 45 mph, she was great! She totalled the car and we did not fix it, so she is without any wheels. She hates that but has found plenty of college boys that let her borrow their cars. These pictures were shortly after the wreck at prom. I don't know if you can tell from the pictures, but she is a toothpick. When we got to her, she was a little heap on the curb, but the little heap got up and walked to us.![]()

Bad in that it makes your stock go down or something else?
She is so pretty! Justl like Mom.
Oh my - thank you!
Mimi- what you said about Manda and I was so sweet. We really enjoyed the time that we spent with you, Mack and the rest of the "crew"
Just the facts, M'am! You and your sister are wonderful!

Happy Saturday. The Dragons won last night. They are the district Champions and have a great shot at state. Thanks to Cassie I have learned how to add photos. This is how Tommy had the field painted. I now have to catch up on the posts.![]()
Day 5 of rain here, and I for one have had my fill of it...........![]()
We got out of our safety meeting earlier than expected and I got home in time to drive Lina to work, then take Hazel food shopping at the Super Walmart near the mall. What fun that was, NOT!!!![]()
Just as I expected, none of my work was done this past week, plus to top it off, my work car was scheduled to be serviced this past week and it wasn't. I'm not a happy camper right now.![]()
Hope everyone else's day is going better than mine.![]()
OK, my rant is over, at least for now anyhow.......![]()

It was a very fun place, but most of these indoor parks are larger than that one. In Erie, PA where my parents used to live, there was a very nice size one that you could literally spend all day in and it had several slides and flumes. This one only had 2 tube slides and one body slide. Sam was right on the line of not being allowed to ride the tube slides. Some of the lifeguards let her and others told her she was too small, so she was upset as she had a lot of fun on them before being "banned" She is just about 48 inches so it was a matter of perspective I guess for the park staff.Wow, that's one heck of a park.
It was a great time to be with family and friends.Great pics Chris, looks like a nice place, I'm sure you had a lot of fun there yesterday!!!![]()
Sounds like a great game for your grandson and fun for you with your DIL. What kind of cards did you make? What do your grandchildren call you?
Thanks Nancy! How old is that youngest one? If he's too old that would be sad - she'd have the bext MIL and FIL!

Hey everyone we are back from a LONG but very FUN day. We spent a few hours at the waterpark then hit the mall and had a nice dinner. I will be posting some pics once they finish uploading to photobucket.
It's in Waterbury, CT at the Holiday Inn, but I am pretty sure there is an indoor waterpark in North Conway at the Red Jacket Inn. My mom was telling me about it. I also heard there is one in Danvers, Massachusetts as well. They are literally popping up all over.Chris,
That water park looks amazing! Where is it? I doubt there will be anything like that this far north for a long time. We're always the last to get anything new.
