My son would humbly argue this with you - that a whole lotta open space is indeed beautiful. Of course, his college campus is in downtown Atlanta, GA. He is an avid hiker and ultra runner. Here are a few pictures from his most recent trip to Montana.

Good evening to this thread. I started reading page one from the first post of messages and realized that page 168 was only up to December of 2007. So I decided that I would just say forget it and start reading here. Well some of you might recognize my screen name. I was originally slated to be on the KK1 cruise, but had to cancel due to us expecting an addition to our family. While, it was a great joy knowing that my wife was expecting it was very sad knowing that I would not be able to go on the cruise, especially with the great group of talkative people that were on here. Not to mention that there are a whole plane load of Wisconsin people. Well my cousin and her boyfriend and two kids and my aunt and uncle and dad did go on the KK1 cruise, but they were not very active on here. However, my cousin ( screen name Goofy4Ever ) will probably be somewhat talkative on here. Her boyfriend thinks it is retarded. Little does he know. My wife on the other hand, expects me to read the whole dang thread, and every one of them. Is this available on audiobook? LOl. I can officially say that I am addicted, as I am doing most of the pre-cruise planning.

Welcome, Chris. We love firefighters - 2 of our boys are firefighters. We are new to this board but have been on 3 DVC members cruises & have been active on other boards.

Hi all,

Great pictures. I have never been to Montana but WOW!!!

I am hoping to get to the gym this evening. There are no corporate people here so maybe we can get back to normal. They cut all the front desk staff's hours this week end. I hope this election turns things around quickly.

Elaine and I were just looking at pictures of all of the DVC properties except for BLT, and we think we would lean towards AKV. She really wants to be able to do a Savannah view 1BR regularly. I tend to like the theming of the rooms a little more as well.

She is getting more into this. I am shocked!

We own at AKV and love it. We stayed there in Sept. The rooms are beautiful. THe lobby is unbelievable. The only down side we found is it is far from everything and the buses took a while. We are pretty flexible and were in no hurry the whole trip so it worked fine. The pool is great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the animals.

Yes, I checked Deb Wills site and it looks like they will let you in at 4 PM with a MNSSHP ticket. You will get a bracelet and a t-o-t bag. At 7 PM, they kick everyone out who is not wearing a bracelet. Here's a nice link:
