OK, All this talk about REPO cruises and the new Disney ships has gotten our group a bit restless. Megan wants to take a repo cruise across the Atlantic when the new ships come online. I am betting that Disney is planning to return to the Med the first or second summer that the new ships are in the fleet. Wouldn't it be great to have all those sea days to get to know the new ship layouts and activities?
As a family, one of our usual passtimes is planning dream vacations. Usually it is just a fun game, but a few have become reality. While we were on our walk this evening, we came up with the following.
Fly to Florida the day before sailing to stay at WDW.
Take a car service over to the ship early and board.
14 Nights on the cruise.
Spend two nights in Barcelona.
Fly to London for additional three nights.
Fly home.
Next we will fill in the activities for each day. Isn't it true that planning and thinking about a vacation are a big part of the fun?
Of course, quite a few things have to happen for any of this to come true.
- Disney has to decide to return to the Med.
- Disney has to send one of the new ships.
- The cruise can't be during the school year.
- Beth and I both have to get 3 weeks of vacation approved.
- We have to save a LOT of money for the trip.
What's life without dreams... (Disney Dreams of course)
