We like going to WDW the first week of October. Our anniversary is 10/2 and it is quiet at that time. Plus, it is usually value season.

Great, all this talk will get me looking now.

Does your boy's school not give you a hard time?

Race weekend is March 6-8. The 5K run is Saturday and the Half Marathon is Sunday. It is peak season so don't know how busy it will be. All I know is if we didn't have DVC I would not be going. Hotel rates- :scared1: Although with Easter being late this year I don't think it will be too bad.

I think the Moderates on the weekend at that time are $195.

Maybe if we go, we'll go over DS's b-day, then it is value season.

Actually, I think Labor Day is looking better. They usually have the free dining plan at that time.

Yeah, who is all going again and from when to when?

I can't remember. Suz wants to look into driving down. :sad2:

We're going 19th-28th.
Karen
Mel
Cheryl

I know there are a couple others. Maybe Capt Chris? Matthew? Can't remember. We need to get serious about making a list and putting on page one.

please:hippie:

January is another favorite time for us. September is great, too. Those are both good low-crowd months. We'll be there in a couple weeks!

Come on down and hang out with me and Melody the last week of Sept! We are both at SSR.

That's still a year out.

Christmas.

Who are you looking at?

Budget is code CC5.

Avis is code P3F.

Do they do one day car rental?:confused3 - the site I normally use keeps kicking me off:rolleyes:

Firstly I need 1 week - collecting from MCO 17th Oct and dropping off 24th at Port C, then 1 day hire, collecting from Port C dropping off at MCO. I figured this will be cheaper than hiring for 2 weeks and paying the parking at the terminal aswell. Just more hassle though:rolleyes:

How long did it take you to find the car rental place, drop off the car, sort whatever paperwork etc and get to the port? We'll be driving down on the morning now so need to plan timings etc. I want to be there earlier than last time.

So, I'm thinking I need a WDW fix before next October. Not sure if I want to do the first weekend in March or Labor Day weekend.

Christmas??:yay: :yay:

Christmas.

You beat me to it Paige:rotfl:

Does your boy's school not give you a hard time?

No, not really. We get all his work before we go and they don't have any issues. He has not missed a day yet due to illness, only vacation. :rolleyes1

We pull him about 7-10 days a year for vacation. Since school started after Labor Day this year, we saved the 3 days from the Repo. We are using those for the DC trip. We could still pull him 3 or so another time and not have any issues.

Jeff I think Paige is trying to tell you something! :lmao:

That would be Andy's doing this thread. ;)

He needs to update with the newbies as well. :thumbsup2

DS does have off on 9/26. If I could get really cheap airfare, I would add a day off for DS from school and have a 4-day weekend. It would be right before our anniversary too.

The problem would be that Suz will still want to go in Winter. :sad2:

Good for y'all, Jeff! Do that now while you can. When they get a little older it gets tricky.
