Yes, the BOB cruise is getting CLOSER!!!!

We are really in a quandry over this....not sure if we should cruise next year or the TA in 2010. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We call that song "Daddy's Song" in our house. Whenever EB got discouraged trying to complete his degree I played that song for him. It actually makes me well up sometimes when I listen to it.

It doesn't hurt that Hercules is our all-time favorite show onboard.

I know what you mean Mel, I played it several times yesterday morning.....gives me that extra push I need.....

Had a long tough night here. I went to bed at 11pm, was up at 1am, 2am, 4am, 5am, then got up to stay at 6:20am. Our street overnight was busy with a lot of noise, quite a bit more than usual, and our bedroom is about 10-12 feet from the road.

I have to leave in a little bit to take Hazel to the church for her conference, then take Lina to her friend's house who is home for the weekend from college. Lina's friend's birthday is this weekend and her family invited Lina to come over for the day.

Once I get all that running around done, then I will have some time for myself!!!

Good morning everyone. Elaine and I are up early today. We have to take some kids to regional music programs. We have so many going that we need to take both our minivan and full size van! This is good, but it is a very LONNNNNG day.

Sammi is our dancer, while Jay is starting to learn the drums and guitar.

Leaving to go to the dd's homecoming game and watch her cheer and ride in the parade. Should be a fun day!

I'm sorry ... I think I may actually have agreed to "be in charge" of this, but I sort of got distracted by other things. Long story short ... since there are so many of us celebrating birthdays and anniversaries on this cruise I suggested (as a joke at first) that we all don tiaras on formal night and have a group picture taken. It sort of spiraled out of control from there ... there is a list on the last thread of ladies who were planning on participating.

Once Cass gets back from her trip I'll ask her to add something to her site so that we can keep track of all the "girls" who will be packing hardware next year.

I am SHOCKED to learn that some of you ladies don't already own tiaras! Please count me in on the fun.

For all of you Green Acres fans out there, it's really called a diamond ta-ra-ra. Mr. Drucker had a sale in the General Store and I believe Mr. Haney sold them from his truck!

I am headed down to Pt. Pleasant Beach on the beautiful New Jersey shore today. It's really nice down there after all the tourists are gone.

My grandparents used to live in Brick, and I would love going to visit them when I lived in Rockland County NY. My grandma would always want to go walk on the boardwalk in Pt. Pleasant with me. When we would go in the fall, we always got close, free parking and were sometimes the only people on the boardwalk.

oh have fun, spent many days at the shore, Spring Lake mostly but have been all over, Wildwood, Cape May- Etc


Fall is my favorite time here too at the beach. Hopeing for some pool time today. The solar has been working hard.
