Olivia is iceskating at the minute and sean is taking my car to the garage to get a hire car. I was hit by a car last week so insurance claim for me.

Well, I guess I'm just a little "Too Excited to Sleep" this morning. We decorated the hall last night for the shower and it looks beautiful.
We're playing the dreaded shower games of course, a surprise visit from a favorite aunt, and the boys will be crashing the shower later for dinner.

Now if I can prevent Chuck's sister from insulting anyone or even opening her mouth, we'll have a great afternoon. I guess there's one in every family, eh?


So unless something exciting happens here in the next few hours, I'll talk to you all tomorrow. I'll be sure to post pictures too.

Good morning everyone...

Woke up this morning and it is a very chilly and foggy 36 degrees. brrrrrrrr

Fortunately I turned the heat on last night so it isn't too chilly in the house, but when I put the dog out and got the paper I got chilled to the bone!

Elaine and Samantha just left for a youth rally and carnival at our residential camp for the day, so me and Jay are having a boys day. I think he is catching the flu bug that has made the rounds in our house. Everyone has caught it except me.

To top things off, we have an open house tomorrow! Perhaps not anymore.

Here's some for you and Jay that the flu bug doesn't get you!

I'm off for now. Rach is at school now decorating for the homecoming dance tonight and then when I pick her up I need to take her this afternoon to get her hair done and then I'm not sure if she will have a few friends come here so that they can get ready together or if she will be going to one of her friends house for that.

Since I missed my workouts on Monday and Tuesday of this week(medical reason), I put in some extra time this morning. Spent 2.5 hours at the gym, my calorie burn-off this morning was 1500 calories and I also added in 120 tummy crunches. I was delighted to see the scale report that I lost another 2 pounds this week, bringing my total weight loss, on this my three month anniversary, to 20 pounds.

Woo Hoo..congrats Andy. Way to go.

I think he was just still tired when he woke up. He rested while watching tv and seems fine now. He told me very matter of factly that "I'm all better now Dad."

Well, I just changed our one Category 6 stateroom to two connecting Category 10s. Based on this last trip I think EB and I had high hopes that we'd be able to all get to sleep at the same time on this cruise. Luckily we had a 1BR on our last WDW trip and that's when we realized how valuable having that second room really is. There is NO way I think we would get through this cruise next year without that separation!!! It is only costing us about $400 more, too!

Well, I'm not feeling worse today so I think that's a good thing.

It's freezing here in south eastern WI this morning. We had our first frost of the season last night and it was a heavy frost it looked like snow in the back yard

We usually don't get frost until late December or so. Today is our first rainy day since February. Currently 61, with a expected high of 66.

Always seems to be a cruise souvenier for me.

That was a big thing for her, she doesn't do very many e-mails, she is more of a phone person...........
