Hi All,

From posts that have been posted about all the cruisers staying at the Radisson at the Port and The Country Inn by Carlson I wanted to share a tip. Radisson has a credit card (Visa) that you can use to earn points to use toward resort stays. We use this card to build up points for our vacations and only use the card for things we pay off at the end of the month as the card has a high interest rate. We use these points to stay at these two hotels for FREE, park free, get shuttle free and the breakfast at Country Inn is free. Very good deal. Saves us about $250 to $300 per cruise.

Just found and joined this board today. Saw your many post about the stateroom tour. Thanks for doing all the leg work to set this up. This is a great idea! Do you have room for 2 more adults to join the tour? Just joined and cannot PM you yet so I hope you see this.

What is Tiki Hut?

We are staying at AKL - Jambo House pre-cruise. We will text you guys when we get down there, etc. I think we are spending the morning of the 22nd at DHS and then the Halloween Party at MK that night. Yes - we are tentative on TOT onboard - I'm not sure when they are going to do it (i.e. if there is a set time). We can sync up when we get onboard for them to stop by.

I agree - 53 days is not enough time for me to lose more weight....I set another goal of 15lbs when we were at 75 days but I've stalled out at just a couple of lbs.....ugh. So now I am going to shoot for 7 more lbs by then.

Tiki Hut is the snorkeling trip off the floating island - this is planned when Shannon is hiking to the top with Chel & Cindy & i think you're going atv'ing?? but we're meeting up after the excursions to shopping downtown - maybe you can join us if you're back from yours too...

well i have 20 lbs on my list of CAN I CAN I???? LOL!!!!

I just thought you might get a laugh out of this, especially if you are, or are close to a techie.

We had our Halloween costumes all planned out. Each one of us was going to be a different color iPod Nano, complete with click wheel and screen. Unfortunately, they came out with a new design for the Nano yesterday (it just has a tiny touchscreen, no click wheel). Now DH refuses to do the costumes like the old Nano because it's not the latest version.

So now we're stuck with 5 different color shirts. I think I'm just going to put S's on them and we'll all be Skittles.

Are you planning on dressing up in Pirate attire for Pirate night? Meaning bringing a costume and not just the bandana and eyepatch thing.

My kids and DH like to bring along costumes and go all out for pirate night. DH even grew a goatee so he'd look more "pirate-y".

DM and I will probably just wear a tropical looking outfit.

Yes my daughter and I wear costumes. My husband wears a pirate t-shirt with the bandana and eye patch. My son needs a new costume I'll have to see what he wants to do.
