Wanted to drop by and brag for just a minuite. We leave in 6 days for WDW. Once we return I will have more time to visit and get to know everyone. So I will see everyone towards the end of this month.

Once I get back I will have more time to chat with the Cruise Meet Threads for 2010. I am sure I will share some of the highlights of my trip.

Just wanted to stop by and say it is great to see fellow DISers got the two SPH rooms that were let go. I was the one who was holding 5020. Sorry I didn't give you a heads up we were releasing it.

This would have been our 4th Eastern (got #3 this Oct 24th). With DS getting older, we are looking into different types of vacations as well as possibly going on another cruise line. (just want to get to different ports).

I kept another ressie I have for the day after your cruise on the Wonder. Got an SPH for that cruise too. Gotta love those rooms. Not sure if we'll keep that or switch to a cruise on the new ships.

Hi, Carole. Welcome Aboard. This cruise is going to be so much fun. It will be my 5th DCL cruise it will be my 1st Eastern cruise as well. So, I am really looking foward to it. We'll be going on the Wonder in about 3 weeks and that can't get here soon enough.

Hey, Brenda, there is something flying around in my head saying this Coral Reef diving adventure is no longer available, but I'm not sure why I'm thinking that. It would be really, really cool, though. My hubby and daughters would probably love it.

It's called "Dive Quest". It's like $125.00 per person and you need to be a certified diver, I've done it twice.

Where do you plan to stay and why?​

We are staying at Saratoga Springs and taking the shuttle. Last year we stayed at Embassy Suites near the airport and rented a car one way and did the same on the return.

I think I am going to book at County Inn and Suites in Cocoa Beach. I believe I can park there for little to nothing and they provide a shuttle to the ship. I will call and confirm this sometime soon. Lois

I booked this cruise a little while ago. I hadn't planned on another for awhile BUT another DISer we met on our last cruise booked this date. We had such a good time that we had to go again with them.
My family consists of myself Dana, DH - Geoff, DS - Kyle (15), and DD Christina (11.5) (atc)
We were pretty active last cruise with the meet. Loved meeting everyone And some have already signed on here! Hi Sean and Christine Not sure how active I will be this cruise but if someone wants to do wristbands or lanyards I have all the information to pass on.

Good morning. We'll probably be staying at the Country Inn and Suites again at the port. We enjoyed staying there last time and they had wonderful shuttle service to and from the port and to and from area restaurants. Although, we'll probably rent a car one way to and from the airport.

Hi, Lois. We usually stay at the Hyatt at the airport simply because it is just so convenient. We usually don't get in until after 5 and don't really feel like trying to catch a shuttle or rent a car at that point. So, we stay at the Hyatt.

As soon as I can feel comfortable that I can pull this off and that we will drive instead of flying I will book it then. If I know me it will be in the next few months.

If we were planning on flying that would be our plan. Just want to try something different and with the current cost of luggage it is a little more cost effective to drive. I want to see the coast as well.

We have stayed at the Hyatt and love it. I will never understand those who fly in, rent a car and drive to the port. When it is so easy to stay at the Hyatt, have your bags picked up and ride the bus to the port. I am sure you will not be alone at the Hyatt.

Our first cruise which was wonderful, we met so many wonderful people on board form the DIS boards, which have become our lifelong friends! This made our first experience so wonderful (even though the weather was not cooperative) but we want to go again...Hi Dana and familyHi Sean and Christine We orginally planned to go without kids, but are going to get everyone going now including oldest daughter's boyfriend, so we should have fun.

I will enjoy planning over the next year or so with the rest of you, seems to be a big group of Dis'ers!
