Walczak4, In answer to your question, a lot of us have stayed at the Radison the night before the cruise. We usually have some kind of get together planned. Folks arriving late Friday usually stay somewhere closer to the airport. Ron Jon's new resort was also booked by a lot of cruisers last year, but the resort had to shut down due to hurricane damage. That left some folks trying to make last minute plans. :confused3

I can tell you this, if you want to start the fun on Friday just let us know what your plans are. We have had groups that meet (some for the first time)
at the airport and share a van to the port on Friday. Others have stayed in Orlando Friday night, then meet up Sat. morning for a shared limo ride. It's really up to you. :goodvibes

Since I live in FL, the port is a 6-7 hour drive for us, we tend to leave home Friday morning and drive to the port arriving before dinner. We stay at the Raddison, and leave our car parked there (free) while we cruise. Room cost us about $80-90 but parking would be $70. So we figure the rooms really cost us $10-20. :wizard:

Congratulations Ave on snagging post #2500. If you use the link that Peter provided, you have to use the HTML that uses IMG. It is so nice to have a counter that reads in days instead of months. Hope that Eric and Anja made it to Thailand OK.

Peter and Jen we like the Olive Garden. That is how a heavy person gives someone else directions when they are driving. A skinny person tells them to go to a certain street and turn right. A big person says go down to burger king turn left and then turn right by the outback steak house. :rotfl2:

I still can't figure out why the system won't let me log off zapp1213. I click logout, the screen says all cookies have been cleared. I've even exited the browser. But every time I go back onto the boards, I'm already signed on as zapp1213. I can't sign on again as mdenn1213, and Heidi can't sign on either.

I just don't get it. :confused3

I've contacted them via e-mail, but just recently, so I haven't heard yet.

Have you tried logging out, then logging back in as mdenn1213 and indicating to save your login information for next time? That's my only thought.
