1 day, 2 parks -- what attractions?

DH and I are taking a day away from the Disney parks to go to universal. We've been to both of these parks before, but not for a few years. We are game for any of the attractions. So give it to me, if you were to do both parks in one day, what are the best attractions in each park to hit?

Attack plans are subjective. Some will tell you to start at IOA, others will say USF.
My attack plan starts at USF doing Shrek 4d, The Mummy, then over to IOA for a thrill ride tour, then back to USF for MIB, and the movie attractions. Scroll down this page to see what I think.

yes i would also hit Universal first because it seems to be busier. i would do shrek4d then the mummy and then back to the future/jaws/mib if you like them. then i would go to the Islands for the major rides like the hulk, dudley do-right, jurassic park, dueling dragons, etc. Do the shows last.
