1 day/2 park passes- do they exist?

My husband went to Universal/IOA with my bro in law over the summer when we were staying at Disney... They were able to get a 1 day/2 park pass. I don't see these on the Universal website. Do they still offer them? My husband thought maybe it you can only get them after a certain point in the afternoon, but when we're going in March I don't think the parks will be open too late. Help??

They can only be bought at the gate and not online.

1 Day/2 Park Pass are $84.08 for adults and $72.37 age 3-9. This price includes the tax.
