Found out the OP of this thread is no longer sailing with us. I'm the 2nd person and then it's brookepi. I would rather not maintain the lists on the first page, but if brookepi is willing that would be fine since her post is now the 3 post in the thread. That still keeps things on the first page and I can edit the first post to say to look at post #? for updates.

Does this work for everyone?

Today's question! If you haven't yet posted an intro, please, do so! We don't need full names, if you don't want to post them, since this is a public forum. Who are you? How many of you are sailing?! What state/country are you from?!

I can't remember what I posted, so (hopefully) to make this easy: We are traveling from the St. Louis, MO area. We are Jeremy (DH), Cassie (me), and Jayden (DD - will be 4 at sailing). We are staying in room 12000 and have main dining.

We just booked yesterday. Whoo Hoo. This is our first Cruise ever and we are really looking forward to it.
It will be my DW, DD 2. We are also going with my Parents and Brother as it is my Parents 50th wedding Anniversary and they wanted to go on a cruise with us and their only grand kid instead of a party. Great for me I would sure rather do a cruise than a party.

We have much planning to do before January.

Hello everybody I am so happy to see things come together. I am Lisa and Rayonna (DD)(18) we will also have my best friend on the cruise with us, it will be her first ever cruise. Her name is Jeane. We are in room 10536. We have main dining. We are all from East Tn. I also have two other rooms full of people traveling with me but I have to ask them if they want to pertisapate in the FE.

There are two of us - myself, Sarah, and my husband, Jeremy. We have a guarantee room category (5E) so we don't actually know where we're going to be on the ship, yet.

We signed up for late dinner. I have yet to determine if this is a good idea or a bad idea, when it comes to the Pirate night party!

We did the snowbird trip one year - 2009, Disney, actually. In 2010, I was recovering from major (planned) knee surgery and we couldn't go anywhere. I mean, ANYWHERE. I was on crutches from October until February. My husband swore that we'd never not go anywhere, again.

I have held him to that!

I am Penny (38) and will be travelling with DM (64) we have a cat 8A, 5020, sort of a mini "suite," it is a square room with separated sofa area and sleeping area, two TVs and two large porthole windows!

We are from Toronto, Canada. I can't remember if we are early or late dinner. We are always willing to join up for meals, it is nice to have dining partners you have gotten to know a little before hand.

I am a 1/2 marathoner and will be completing a 3hr training run on the Sunday of the cruise, oy, for the Disney Princess race. Don't know if I will do it on the treadmill (got to run with Minnie on the Dream) or deck 4, depends on the weather. Several years ago, I was designated lap counter, enjoying the blue padded loungers while friends ran, now I am a "runner" too.

Welcome!!! Your room sounds great; I've never heard of a room like that. Congratulations on picking up running (and doing very well...a half marathon!)!! I recently just completed my first 5k...I didn't finish last and didn't require an ambulance, so I met my goals . I am doing another 5k for the Foundation Fighting Blindness in September...I need to start training again.

Cassie, I ran my 1st 5k in September last year, 2nd in November and then the 1/2 marathon, then a 10k, lol. Between now and the cruise I have a 10k, 5k, 5k, 8k, 1/2 marathon, and maybe a couple more 5ks, what can I say I like the medals, lol.

They have a 5k on Castaway, in October last year I chickened out since it was so hot, in January that shouldn't be an issue.

Many congrats on running your half marathon. I just started the couch to 5k challenge a few weeks ago (to burn extra calories during my workouts only) and I can't imagine running for more than two minutes at a time at this point

Is there anything you want to try that you haven't tried before?!

I'm looking forward to quality time on our verandah. I've been a balcony snob since Day 1 (probably because I'm an introvert and this gives me everything!). I know for sure we'll play the Mid Ship Detective Agency game, because we had fun with the one on the Dream. And I'm sure you'll see me on the Aquaduck!

Anyone else? Shows? Clubs?
