Current obsession is Ariel. Here she is meeting Ariel at WDW in October:

Wow, that has to be the cutest meet-n-greet I've ever seen!! She is absolutely precious! Makes me a little teary-eyed for those days, I have to say. Steph used to be princess-obsessed and that stage ends sooo quickly, enjoy every minute!!

Oh, I forgot to add, my TA mistakenly put us in for early seating and she was supposed to switch us to late sometime this week. So I'm doing my part to clear the early dinner waiting list for you guys!

Way to go Linda!!! Although I think with the early show we may be ok with late dining, I would rather eat earlier. We sometimes eat dinner before 5pm here, so it would take a couple of days to adjust.

BTW, I totally get Kevin!!! Elsa is a milder version. I hope he'll go in the kids club for you this time!

This kid is one of a kind. Here is the conversation I just overheard from the other room:

Kevin to Steph: You look like a boooyyy!

Steph: Well you look like a girl

Kevin: I HATE YOU!

Nice.

Now he's playing with the K'Nex and I hear click, "ow", click, "ow".

I can't wait to find out what this cruise vacation has in store for us

Ha ha...

This is what we get from Elsa these days:

Elsa: "How do I write my name"
Mom: "E-L-S-A"
Elsa: "I know...but I want my name to be llllooooonnnnggggeeeeer, more letters"
Mom: "?"
Elsa: crying and whining! "I want my name to be long like Cinderella"

every day! She doesn't have a sibling, the poor dog gets the brunt of it most days!!! :)

My 12 year old daughter will be cruising with us! She would love to email I am sure! do you want me to PM her email address? or you PM your daughters? or would you be more comfortable if they each posted a few times on here to each other? She will be SO excited to already have a friend or 2 when we board!

There are underground caves to snorkel in? I didn't see that anywhere.........

Yeah--Check it out under Cozumel shore excursions on www.disneycruiseline.com.
They have a couple underground caves/rivers to snorkel and swim in. Its something different that you can't just do anywhere. The excursions I have seen that have the underground rivers is "Xcaret" and "Caverns and Underground Snorkel"

I would post the thread about Xcaret here, but I don't know how to do that--hehe! If you look on the boards, you can find it b/c its a more recent thread called "XCaret with Photos ( 1 2 3 4 5)Corryn" There's some awesome pics and a very detailed description about the excursion. You could also do a search.

Let me know if you were able to find the threads and what you think!
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Hey everyone! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend! I ate way too much but it was great. I am gettign so excited for our cruise and to get out of the freezing weather up here! The high tomorrow is only supposed to be around -19 so I am soooo ready for the warm weather and sunlight. We only have about 6 hours sunlight right now and the days are getting shorter. Anyway, I can't wait to see everyone on the ship! Is anybody celebrating anything special during their cruise??

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our American friends!

DH and I were just talking about how much we are looking forward to this trip!!! We will not be celebrating anything more special than "thank god we're not at work day!!" but I'll take it!

I think I am going to leave the excursions alone for now. We have the Mayan Ruins tour booked for Cozumel, and there is a skatepark on Grand Caymen that DH and DS might check out but other than that I think we will just totally chill-ax and roll with it. We will be at WDW for a few days before and after the cruise so the middle will be an interlude between craziness. :yay:

Nice to see some action on our thread!!!

We are also very excited, and looking forward to it. OK, I am. DD doesn't know and DH is a "live in the moment" guy...:( He will pack his stuff probably the day before...

I am racking my brains for the FE stuff. Anyone know when we will finalize our list?

Hi Everyone,

We are getting so excited about our trip. My DH and I were just talking about the trip and how we are going to try to pack light this time. I said that last year too, and still had way to much stuff. I think with airlines charging for bags it will be a good incentive for me to pack light.

Anyway I also am trying to figure out what to do for the FE stuff. Are we doing homemade gifts, assigning days for deliveries? Hopefully we can get this organized so it will go well. Also I don't know about finalizing the list, because what if people want to join in at the last minute? I don't know this is all new to me. But it is fun and exciting and will make our trip that much more magical.

Hi all
I booked today for this cruise. right now i will be traveling alone. yet hoping i can get a friend or hire a personal care asst to go with me. I am retired disabled, use a power chair to get around. So if you see woman in a red power chair and probably a Disney scrub top say hello.

I am stateroom 7636 an HC room. I really love this room as the veradah is so big.

Welcome Marsha! Glad to hear you are coming aboard. And...being a local, I can bug you about the weather leading up to our trip!! As a Canadian, for some reason the weather is of utmost importance to me LOL. We actually will be down visiting WDW for a few days before and after the cruise and Jan/Feb is so dicey for packing that having your insider info will be great! :woohoo:

What is Naichi Com Beach Club in Cozumel? I didn't see it online under shore excursions? :confused3

It's not a DCL excursion. It's a private beach that you pay one price and get beach access, a pool, food and drink. You need to take a taxi there. It's spelled Nachi Cocum if you do a google search for it. There are no water toys like Paradise Beach so many people with kids don't go for it. My Long Island kids are used to beaches with no water toys so they won't know the difference.
