$1.19 bagged Lego sets at Target!

Thanks, OP! Got about 15 sets for $.39 each this morning and told other moms I saw in the store to grab some, too! These will make great party favors for my son's birthday in the spring, as well as stocking stuffers.

Thanks OP! I feel like I robbed the place, got lucky and the markdown to .39 was today, and I was there at 10am. TONS of star wars there and I only hit 1/2 of the checkout stands. It's amazing that this crazy deal is right there with no signage-thanks OP they will be great for party goodie bags and present toppers.

Anybody feel like I did: equally feeling both like I got WAY too much and wanting to go back for more? ha!!!! I got 3 little kids-none will go to waste. (checks calendar to see if I can go back tomorrow)

We hit two more Targets today. Bought a bunch of the Ninjago, Atlantis and City sets for .39 each. I didn't find any Star Wars ones I'm kicking myself for buying a set on Saturday for 1.19. OP - I was wondering how you figured out these were on sale in the first place - none of the stores we went to had any signage about it. Thanks for the heads up. motor58 - I agree with you. We bought 15 sets total and still thinking I should have gotten more

We got WAY too many this morning for .39 each (thankfully not all are for my kids) but it's such an amazing deal that you do tend to feel like you didn't get enough! Even if you got an insane amount of them!

And thanks for the heads up that the mini figs can be traded. My boys are going to be thrilled about that!

Thanks for this thread! I hadn't even read it, just saw the title, and when I was at Target this morning, I happened to think about it and grabbed a few sets to see what price they were. They were 39 cents! I bought 17 - some Ninjago, lots of helicopters, some Atlantis. I plan to use 11 of them for my Kindergarten choir kids for Christmas treat bags, 2 for my sons' Christmas stockings, 2 for my Operation Christmas Child boxes and gave 2 to my sister for her OCC boxes. I was thrilled! Thanks again!

From the OP. I am sooo glad everyone is getting this great deal. How I found out about this was kind of a fluke. I saw the new star wars set(which I had never seen, and I am at Target atleast twice a week) that we didn't have so I bought it. Otherwise the other bagged sets have been there forever. I never would have picked up one of them because we usually buy them when we see a new one. Anyways...I looked at my receipt like 4 hours later and relized that it rang up at $1.19. My sister happen to be at Target at the time so I called her and sure enough she price checked them all. I figured the 70% fell in sync with the Halloween clearance, so I thought they may go 90% and they did!!!

I just can't belive how many people have viewed this thread and commented on it. It is such a rare find for legos. I went to the Target by my work today and they were sold out. Have fun searching!

What I found strange is that not one person ringing me up(I bought 3 sets of 10 at 3 different stores) noticed that they were ringing for .39. I am pretty sure this is a glitch because they are current merch and I don't expect it to last. Sooner or later somebody is going to tell corporate and it will be over. Get them while they last!

I, too, want to say thank you. I got a lot of them today for myself for stocking stuffers and to donate to my son's class for their store. Then I mentioned it to a teacher, who then wanted some. I went back and got her 25 and then the library wanted some for prizes. I think I cleared out the store on these. The Toy Story ones were ringing up at $3.99, but the cashier price marked them to .39 since everything else did. HUGE savings today.

My Targets are still fully stocked with them. I guess there aren't that many Budget DISers near me. I got as much as I wanted and still left plenty for everyone else. There were two bags of Toy Story ones that rang up full price, darn it! They were really cute too...green army man with jeep. I put them back.
Ninjago's were the most plentiful. I'm planning to share with our neighbor boys. They LOVE legos.

Mine was fully stocked with Star Wars, City and Ninjago! I bought 47 of them and didn't even make a dent in the store's supply. I got enough for my boys, family stocking stuffers, prizes for their teachers to give out and a bunch to add to the Operation Shoebox collection at our church.

They rang up at .39 each and were still labeled on the shelves at $3.99, which is probably why there were so many.

Thank you OP for this! I wound up buying about 15 packs. Some for my DS stocking and some for other uses. I'm thinking party favors, class gifts, etc.

As a matter of fact, I am very tempted to go back and get even more... a deal like this doesn't come along very often!!

I did see some new sets (Harry Potter and Kingdoms) that were regular price... darn. Guess I'll keep an eye on them when the Christmas stuff goes on clearance!

Since there are some Indy people here- the Fishers super target was out around 5 today. Castleton only had the Atlantis Saturday night, haven't been there since.

If you were able to get Star Wars....could I buy 2 from someone? or trade (I have Ninjago and City). My son just had a Star Wars Lego birthday party Friday and since he is a HUGE Star Wars Lego fan I would love to have some for my kids stockings. No Star Wars left at my Target. JLMK
