I had wanted to check out Paradiso on my trip, but we never made it that far on our downtown disney day. Looks like it was a great peaceful evening.

I had wanted to check out Paradiso on my trip, but we never made it that far on our downtown disney day. Looks like it was a great peaceful evening.

It was a nice, quiet night...the calm before the storm. Paradiso 37's atmosphere is awesome. As far as the food, I can at least say that the quesadillas & salsa were very good.

I woke up at about 8am, showered & was off to breakfast at Cape May Café. I took a ton of photos of Stormalong Bay on the way over. This was the moment I knew I would definitely book a bounceback offer for a longer stay JUST so I could use the pool!! It is HUGE & it looks like a ton of fun. (Now if I can just diet & exercise my way into a swimsuit in time to go back)

I LOVED the buffet at Cape May. I had scrambled eggs with some veggies, asparagus, breakfast potatoes, tons of fruit, & I tried the breakfast pizza- I loved it!

I only had a short wait until my stepmom & brother arrived, so I hung around the resort.

After being in the room for about an hour, I got the text from my brother & went to meet them in the lobby. I walked them up to our room & they were as impressed as I was with it. They were both starving, so we walked over to ESPN Zone for lunch.

My stepmom ordered a water, my brother ordered a beer, and I had the old standby… Captain & diet.

My brother got this: Mahi Mahi with French fries.

My stepmom got this: Philly chees
esteak with French fries.

I got a sandwich with brie, greens, and cranberry mayo on multigrain bread with French fries. (I asked for the turkey sandwich with no turkey & the bartender looked at me like I was nuts. Then she pointed out they have a grilled veggie sandwich…she had a good laugh after I told her I was a vegetarian, but I don’t like eggplant, mushrooms, or cold grilled veggies. Give me a sandwich full of cheese, though & I’m on cloud 9! She got a good kick out of that & said “watch…when I put the order in, they will come out of the kitchen to double check & see if I made a mistake.” Of course, they did! That’s me…causing scenes wherever I go! At least we all got a laugh out of it.)

I had to take a photo of seats from the original Boston Garden:

We walked back around the Boardwalk & by Swan & Dolphin to YC.

I’m not sure what kind of birds these are, but they always seem to move in slow motion.

My brother decided to stay behind while my stepmom & I took a ride over to Winn Dixie. We picked up some water, aftershave for Jeff (my brother), and a few snacks. I took a few photos on the drive back to YC.

This building holds the employees of the "Reedy Creek Improvement District" on Hotel Plaza Boulevard which is where I WISH I could work. I am always checking to see if they have cartography jobs! It is the area's Town government- sort of.

We stopped back in the room for a minute, then we were off for Epcot again. This photo was taken in the elevator area in YC on the 3rd floor.

Just what you guys wanted to see- more Epcot!! I will be boring you with Epcot for only one more day.

We walked over to the land to see if we could get a FP for Soarin’, but they were gone for the day. On our way there, we saw this guy, who was falling asleep.

We walked through Innoventions on our way to Spaceship Earth.

We rode SsE- I rode with my stepmom & my brother sat right behind us. To be silly, he chose “Dutch” as his language…I heard him laughing for the first few minutes, then I think he was bored because he couldn’t understand anything. After that, we went over to find our “Leave a Legacy” tile from 2000.

My brother was amazed at how young he was in the photo. More random shots around SsE:

I had been telling my brother about the tequila bar in Mexico for quite some time. He said he would go, so we headed there.

After ordering a shot each, he tells me he doesn’t really like tequila. I said “Why didn’t you tell me?!?!?!?!” We had a good laugh. The shots here are NOT small. It took us a while to drink them.

We just took our time walking around World Showcase, going in & out of shops. We stopped to watch acrobats in China who were amazing! I tried to get a good photo, but too many people were in front of us.

You guys must be getting sick of World Showcase photos by now!!!

My Stepmom & brother decided to go & change to warmer clothes via the International Gateway. I told them I was going to stay behind & shoot some photos. It was sunset, so I couldn’t miss the opportunity!

I met up with my stepmom & brother again at the International Gateway & we hightailed it over to Tutto Italia where we had a 6:15 reservation. Thank goodness we had a reservation because the walk-up line was about 50 people long!

Now here is where I messed up. Everyone was so tired & hungry that I forgot food photos!!!! We attacked the bread like we had been stranded on a deserted island for years. I ate all of the hot peppers. For entrees, my stepmom got the Chicken Breast with Prosciutto Ham, Spinach & Provolone; my brother got the spaghetti & meatballs; and I got the Cannelloni stuffed with Ricotta & several other cheeses. It was VERY good, but the service was slow- understandable, though, since they were extremely busy. My stepmom got dessert- I don’t remember exactly what it was, but it was some kind of pastry/cream thing with hot milk chocolate drizzled on it.
After dinner, we were all pretty tired, so we decided to go back to the room.

Holy smokes! I don't get on the Dis for a few days and I miss tons and tons of gorgeous pictures. Your pictures are always amazing and so detailed.

I know that I'll never get to stay at the Yacht Club because of the price but if I did, I'd probably never want to stay anywhere else. It's just so pretty.
