GoofyNut: Thought the "swimming Goofy" was a signature logo but wasn't sure. Understand about Disney concerns with respect to copyrights etc. Can you send design logo?

DIS Cruisears will work for me - I had just lost track of the name thru the thread. You guys are more experienced at this so I can easily concede to group preference to achieve consensus.

However, I can see that next time I ask a question, I will need to be a bit more specific or deal with wisenheimer answers - Was kind of interested in the best way to get from Orlando > Radisson without rental car or walking!!! Thank you Papa. Anyhow, I will do as suggested and wait & see. Currently have no idea where I will be in the month preceding cruise so need to NOT plan so much ....... you guys are just getting me excited about it.

Trivia ? .... Which one of the seven dwarfs is the only one without a beard?

You know we have to start getting "Disney Trivia Smart" so we can try and win a cruise like some people I know! Just kidding.

The McDonald's in my area are having a "100 Years of Disney" promotion and have a series of 4 glasses. They are nice glasses, big and sturdy ... $1.99 each.

Well gotta go and catch Survivor and see who gets the boot this week!

Obviously, I need a support group. (No laughing out loud Patty) but I already have four full sets of these glasses and we have only ONE Mcdonalds in our town. (I admit, it is an illness.) I have had more Diet Coke and DD has eaten more McNuggets in the last three days than should be legally allowed!

Glad to hear that you are keeping McDonald's in business. So far I only have two of the glasses. The McD's here in PA are not too willing to part with any new glass until they run out of the previous one. How rude!

I haven't read this entire thread, so I may have missed it. Are you planning on the 9/28 cruise? We are seriously considering it. It sounds like a great group.

Anyone else following the "lilo & stich" commercials???? They are so funny! That is the most fun website! There are three commercials so far and I can't wait to see the fourth! (We spend LOTS of hours watching Playhouse Disney and Toon Disney so L & S is big in our house!)

Yes, I did see William win the cruise at "Who Wants to be a Mouseketeer." I had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and her family. Also met some other DISers--extremely nice people.

Now you've got me ready to go back and read through all the posts to see the story of eshannon.

No vacations in my near future, but I hope to convince Ed that 9/28 would be a really nice time for a cruise.

hi rikersmom, would love to see you again on the sept 28th cruise. I enjoyed talking with you and your husband at breakfast the last morning of our last cruise. Our son decided he would rather go to disneyworld with just his dad and said we could take the cruise by ourselves!! We decided on the western itinerary. Have already booked for september 28th.

hello papa!!! I know the answer!!!Dopey...WE have lots of the glasses already too. AND we are practicing our trivia so maybe we can win another trip!!! William has just read some of the replies here and now he has decided he wants to take the cruise and go to dw. .... You know, maybe we will bring him too. He really is a neat kid, no trouble and.....well, i kinda enjoy having him around. We were looking forward to having some time by ourselves ....He just didn't seem to want to go to the club that much Are there any other kids about his age??? He will be 11 by then. OK you guys ... If you have not alrady gotten your info to RellingTwin (Mary) ... get a move on. I see that there is request to see if there are other 11 year olds on the cruise. Well that's what you find out when you get on the list! Last years CRIUISETOBERFEST group knew a lot about each other and there was no ice to break in starting a conversation.......it was just so much fun that way.

Mike - Tell Kathy that I thought I say the Hidden Mickey in that ad too. Art said it can't be it's Target! Hey WalMart sells Disney stuff why not Target.

I've started to reallllllly get the bug. So far I have re-done my over the door holder (cause it was too wide for the bathroom doors on the ship). I must say that was one of the best things I ever got for under $10 for travelling. NO more lost stuff or "Hey have your seen my binoculars or radio?"

I also got a really nice organizer so I can keep my DIS cue cards in it, along with a place for my DIS business cards, my travel log, our reservation confirmations, etc. I even have some pictures I got off the Boards of the other DIS Cruisears so I have an idea of who to go up to and say HI.

Anybody know if Disney is having any hotel specials for the month of October when we get back? Last year they had a fall special and I got a room at Dixie Landings for $98 @ night.

Art actually said he wants to go back to WDW and wander. More like he wants to eat the fish and chips at the Rose & Crown and have a buffet in Germany, etc. Not to mention he is the popcorn king ..... made some the other night and then he told AshLee that there is nothing like WDW popcorn.

Well back to work ..... Tomorrow we are taking a trip to Harrisburg PA for a Craft and Woodworking show. Bet my tootsies will be sore after all that walking!
