Good morning everyone! Well, it is freezing here in Utah. I am so jealous Kay is on the 4 night cruise. It snowed again most of the weekend. Had another foot of snow. Hope everyone is doing well. I saw on tv this morning that the freezing rain has hit in some parts of the country. We are due another storm tonight or tomorrow.

Sorry I have been AWOL. I have been having computer issues lately. I found out the hard way that my computer anti-virus was disabled. But we are good now.

Hi all! We are back home safe and sound. It was a wonderful trip and I really love going to Disney at holiday time. So glad we had a chance to meet up with some fellow cruisers.

Thanks to those who kept us in their thoughts during the bad weather. It really helped.

Good morning everyone! Back to work for me. We are all unpacked and thaks to the washer/drying in the one bedroom at Boardwalk there is very little laundry to do.

Just made our pre cruise ressie at BCV. We will be arriving Sept 18. Didn't make the post cruise ressie due to the fact that we have to wait until we are 7 months out so that we can use our SSR points at BCV. We own at both. So we can always stay at SSR if we can't get into BCV.

I am off today, but I hope everyone has a great day. Only 13 shopping days left until Santa comes to town.

Good morning everyone!

Dan - love the pictures of your Son and Granddaughter. Stay safe up there in the Northeast. Sounds like you are in for some nasty storms.

Definately had a great trip. I'd say the highlights were:

• The Candlelight Processional which always brings to me the true reason for the season.
• The Lights of Winter at Epcot. We always enjoy stopping and watching this.
• The DVC Merry Member Mixer. A great party and it is always fun to hook up with other DISers for a while.
• The off road Segway Tour. A really fun way to spend a morning.

Haven't decided on post trip plans yet. Hubby really wants to go there if they are doing the Halloween party and I am thinking they will be having them since they started them so early this year.

We don't have any points coming to us until our 2010 UY. So I am thinking if we do it would be a long weekend and maybe stay at the Yacht Club. We will decide more after the 1st of the year.

We also received our confirmations in the mail the other day! We booked AKV for the night before the cruise, and 3 nights after...We really wanted to do a B2B cruise, but are unsure! With 7 of us, it starts to get pricey!

Well, we have been a little busy lately, but our kitchen remodel is finally wrapping up, countertops will be installed on Dec. 26! Then I will have 1 day to enjoy them before we leave for WDW! But at least they will be completed! We have 2 little princesses b-days coming up soon! Haylee will be 9 on the 21st, and Lauren will be 4 on the 18th! Then Christmas, it will be busy!

It's pretty nasty here. Sleet and freezing rain that should let up tonight. Taking delivery of a 19 inch flat panel for my home computer today!

Hello to all my cruisin' friends ----------------

I am home now after another 4 day on the Wonder.

Took Karen and the baby. In a beautiful suite. Tired as all get out !!!


I was about 45 minutees from home and got a call from this gentleman and he said isney Terminal" and I immediately knew what athe call was about.

WRONG LUGGAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!​

So we turn around on the Turnpike and go back north about 45 or so miles and met the family 1/2 way. They were from Guatalmala. Thank goodness they were not flying out today. Could not believe it. So instead of 3 hours in the car, we were over 5 hours getting home...............

He had to wait for the whole terminal to clear out and see what pieces were left. My duffle bag and another small blue bag.

The thing that SAVED US was that I "always" put my home telephone number on my luggage (it always rings on my cell number also) and he called it. The gentleman said it was a good lesson for him also. He will always be putting his phone number on his luggage.

The cruise was awesome this time. The Holiday decorations are beautiful.

I booked two more cruises onboard and that makes 14 for next year now. That should keep me out of trouble.

I'll have to catch up on the posts after a little while.

Wow Kay 14 cruises for next year???!!!! You have to share your secret money making life with me I am thrilled to get the one in!!

Finals for me are DONE!!! I don't think I have ever sat so much in such a short period of time in my life. 3 weeks off before the grind starts again.

Whew.

Hope all of you in the NE are surviving the winter weather.

Amanda: yes, yes yes - this was told to the members onboard the ship this week also. so many times I don't go on if I am just staying overnight because I felt like I wasn't getting my 24 hours worth. Now it won't be a worry

Next year you wont have to worry about internet time. At the Association meeting they said we would have free high speed internet for DVC members only. If your on rented or gifted points you have to pay for it.

Morning everyone - it's a sad day for me - I am checking out of OKW and heading north - back to that cold, cold place. I am hoping to beat the storm so I just might be driving straight thru - will see if my eyes can stay open that long.

Will check in on Sunday and post pics from my wonderful trip down here at WDW - thank you Florida, the weather was magical!!!
