Annette, what is the WB cruise you're talking about? To the rest of you, the floor did not get washed today!!!!!

I never knew that. Does it have to be on a product they carry in BBB or can it be anything?

We accept competitor coupons from most retailers on most items. At least at my store we do. It has to be a brick & mortar store not an internet offer. Mgt reserves the right to reject any coupons. But that rarely happens. We want your $$$$$$.

Amanda and I are doing the Westbound repositioning cruise in Sept 2010. It is 14 days with 3 stops in Europe, Tortola, St Marteen and CC. We are very excited about this, but not as excited about the Oct 2009 cruise

thats what deck you guys were on, Todd was walking deck 4 every morning.

I was on Deck 4 before we docked on the first CC day - I saw Gary (Spotted the Mickey Mouse on the back of his head as I was approaching) but didn't see Todd. I actually had to cut my run short because they close part of Deck 4 when they are docking (only made 5 laps of my intended 6).

If you haven't walked all the way around 4 you should do it - you go inside at both ends of the ship and see the mooring lines and stuff (thus the closing when docking).

I LOVE Tortola! :yay:

The pork was delicious! It was easy and ready when I was home from work. Fixing sides took only a few minutes, and since Mack cleans up when I cook, I'm done! Thanks for sharing - it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to eat leftovers now!

Im glad you enjoyed it. I told you it was easy. You can also use the same with beef or boneless chicken.

I have no recollection if I already posted this or not - if I did, oh, well.

We were just departing the Bocuse d'Or competition, heading to DTD in an attempt to take advantage of PI before the crush for "last weekend" became too crowded. In walk M&M - and yet another collection of DIS-friends!

Just setting with a cup of coffee and Nancy is still snoozing.
I thought after being retired for 4 years I would be able to sleep late NOT the old body clock.
Everybody have a great day. Im going stripper fishing with one of my boys. Just hope we catch a few

Good morning everyone!

Ellen thanks for the picture. What a nice surprise to meet up after the cruise. We were coming in to Epcot with our friends who had just moved to FL earlier that week. We met them here on the DIS back in 2003 on a meets thread for our 10 day cruise in 2004.

I agree, I enjoy walking deck 4. I was out there every morning doing my power walk. The inside of the bow is pretty cool!:thumbsup2

Dan and Nan, did you get the pictures I e-mailed to you a while ago?

Dan,

I hope that is a type of fish because other wise you may get a bit cold.:rotfl2: I made the pork last night and it was a hit. I have found the crock pot liners and they are great. You just throw it away and the pot is cleaned. The kids were actually home at the same time to eat and they liked it. Megan took some to her boyfriend and have not heard if he liked it. He is a very picky eater. Everyone have a great day!

Yes. that is definitely a fish - stripers - officially striped bass. Spelling is not D's strong suit. Glad everyone liked the pork.

OK, at the risk of appearing very dumb (no comments please) what is a repositioning cruise?

Gary, we think we got your pictures - there have been so many! How many did you send?

Nancy,

Not a dumb question at all. A repositioning cruise happens when a line has to move a ship from one location to another. For example this past summer the ship had to move to the West Coast. To do that there was a repositioning (otherwise known as repo) cruise that left Port Canaveral, went through the Panama Canal and ended in Los Angeles. The rest of the summer had cruises out of LA. Then in the fall there was another repo cruise to bring the ship back home.

The repo that Amanda and Annette will be on will be brining the ship back to Port Canaveral from its European summer.

Hope that helps.

I thought it was, although it did give me the only laugh I have had today. It just struck me as funny. :rotfl2: Are you subbing alot? Tommy has been busy this week with the football field. Friday night is the homecoming game. He was painting the field until midnight last night. They painted dragons on the 35 yard line and then a D in the middle. They painted the school name in the end zones. He was so proud of it. Unfortunately it rained today so I am not sure how the dragons look today. I know when they start playing Friday night he will cringe evertime a blade of grass is disturbed.

Thanks Mary. I figured it was something like that judging from the meaning of the word - I didn't know the specifics but now I do. Sounds like when they do that it's a one-way event, right?
